Our hotel is right next to the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts. Westfield Old Orchard Mall and Skokie Hospital are across the street. “Excellent value for the price, the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Our requests for microwave, cleaning of our room which was by request only, it conducted promptly. Kudos to the management for coordinating and sharing expert good housekeeping to their customers.”

“A lot more positives than negatives with this hotel. Biggest positive is extremely friendly and helpful staff. There is an excellent restaurant/bar in the hotel, Jameson's Charhouse. Also, a lot of options close by if you want to venture out. This hotel has a very functional business center with good computers and free printing. They give you cookies, water, and breakfast coupons at check-in also. Rooms and other common areas do feel and look somewhat plain and dated and the parking lot is shared with an adjacent movie theater so less close parking at night. But there are still at least plenty of spaces to park. It's a very good hotel for short stay business or leisure travelers.”
