EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN!..... servicio de alto turísmo....las habitaciones todo nuevo y funcional sábanas y almohadas muy confortables...la atención de los gerentes muy servicial y eficientes...el comedor tanto Cheff cómo meseros gentiles jóvenes con gran disposición de atender desde el Bell boy, reception, seguridad bar...la limpieza de 10 ... Se nota el buen entrenamiento que han recibido... nos ENCANTÓ!!”

“Péssimo atendimento, eles te oferecem um quarto sem tê-lo disponível, depois que você já tem o seu cartão eles te dizem que o check-in é até depois das 15h, quando se você chega direto no hotel pela manhã é porque você quer o quarto agora , então eles dizem que eles podem dar a você antes, mas com um custo extra de 50% a mais.”
