“Good. I am going to lose a few things that hold this back from being great. First off the kiddie pool which looked awesome was getting re done so we had zero access to it. The restaurants inside grand Floridian are borderline inedible. We tried some pasta there and we just had to get something else to eat when we left. They have the monorail but everyday there was a note saying how it wasn't working. It wasn't going to Epcot at all during our stay. They also stuck us in building 8.
If you have small kids I would not stay here. I would look for a more kid friendly place. This hotel is very clean and the people are nice but not a fan of the food here and just no kid friendly things.”

“This place is absolutely stunning. I've been blessed to stay at a few of the Disney hotels, and their service, cleanliness and amenities are top notch. This was my first time I stayed at the Grand Floridian. From the moment we stepped off the bus we were greeted by staff ready to help with anything and everything. We had a pool room view, which was beautiful. The architecture, stunning. Came during December 2020, and it's so quiet and peaceful here. Disney really put a lot of effort into following CDC guidelines at their hotels and parks.”
