“Horrible. Rude and unfriendly staff. At the time of check in the woman at reception told me breakfast was included but when I checked out a really nasty woman at reception wanted me to pay €13 for breakfast. When I told her at the check in I was told it was included she kept insisting that wasn’t true and said “how do I believe you?” I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was none!!! A hotel without a manager??? Terrible experience.

“A localização é ótima. Era conveniente para passear porque fica no centro de Paris e o metrô fica a poucos passos de distância. No entanto, houve duas coisas infelizes. O primeiro é o café da manhã. Devido à influência do coronavírus, tive que reservar comida e tempo com antecedência e trazer para o meu quarto. No entanto, o conteúdo e a hora da refeição estavam incorretos. Fiz a reserva às 7h30, mas não chegou, liguei às 8h e finalmente entreguei por volta das 8h20. Fiquei desapontado porque estava tentando fazer um passeio turístico de manhã cedo. O segundo é o ruído. O prédio vizinho parecia um apartamento comum, e o barulho da festa de aniversário dos moradores foi ouvido a noite toda. Não recomendado para quem quer passar o tempo em silêncio. Isso pode simplesmente dar azar. Se você não se importa com esses dois pontos, acho que é um hotel muito bom com uma boa localização!”
