“We were fascinated!... EXCELLENT ATTENTION!..... high tourism service....the rooms all new and functional, very comfortable sheets and pillows...the attention of the very helpful and efficient managers...the dining room both Cheff and young gentle waiters with a great willingness to attend from the Bell boy, reception, bar security... the cleaning of 10... It shows the good training they have received... we LOVED IT!!”

“Pesimo servicio, te ofrecen habitación sin tenerla disponible, despues de ya tener tu tarjeta te dicen que el check-in es hasta despues de las 3pm, cuandosi llegas por la mañana directo al hotel es porque quieres la habitación ya, entonces te dicen que te la pueden dar antes pero con un costo extra del 50% más.”
