“Los empleados de recepción poco cercanos, venimos de otros dos hoteles donde fueron muy amables. El mobiliario deteriorado. Ponen que tienen gimnasio y luego no puedes entrenar porq lo alquilan a entrenadores particulares y ya no tienen aforo por lo que nos hemos tenido que buscar un gimnasio fuera con el gasto que ello conlleva. El desayuno ha cambiado respecto al del año pasado. No volveremos”

“A minha pontuação fraca, é referente apenas ao serviço de quarto! Tudo o resto correu bem. Fiquei alojada dos dias 13 a 15 do mês corrente, no quarto 731 - 7º andar. Bastante dececionada com as senhoras que foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto, deixaram um pano velho sujo pendurado na porta da wc, retiraram os produtos de higiene do hotel que estávamos a usar, nomeadamente, sabonete das mãos, champô e gel duche, e não repuseram novos. E para piorar, traçaram o cabo de carregamento do meu telemóvel. Lamentável esta situação para um hotel 4 estrelas no centro de Sevilha.”
