Um hotel bom e limpo. Pessoal agradável. O quarto era espaçoso para Londres. A temperatura do quarto era muito alta no inverno e o ar-condicionado só tinha calor Ok café da manhã em estilo inglês.

A good and clean hotel. Nice staff. The room was spacious for London. The room temperature was too high in winter and the a/c only had heat Ok breakfast in English style.

Localização perfeita para explorar Londres e, claro, Stamford Bridge, a casa do Chelsea FC! Funcionários muito simpáticos e hotel estava em boas condições. Telefonamos com antecedência para reservar um upgrade, pois era o aniversário do nosso filho Hugo. Na chegada, Lev, o cavalheiro que nos registrou, lembrou-se de nossa conversa telefônica e fez todas as paradas para tornar nossa estadia e o aniversário de Hugo especiais. Obrigado Levi!

Perfect location for exploring London and of course Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC! Staff very friendly and hotel was in good order. We phoned in advanced to book an upgrade as it was our son Hugo's birthday. On arrival, Lev the gentleman who checked us in remembered our phone conversation and pulled out all the stops to make our stay and Hugo's birthday special. Thanks Lev!

Can't even say I stayed here unfortunately!, we were due to stay at the hotel on the 19th of December however due to the mayor of London declaring a 'major incident' due to COVID rates / omricon out of control we contacted the hotel to check if our stay could be delayed. The member of staff told us "That would be fine, just need to contact secret escapes" However when we contacted secret escapes who we booked through we were told that the hotel refusedit. I have spoken today to a member of stafftoday about the situation andthe appoligies kept coming butdid not offer any explanation as to why I wastold that it would be fine topostpone/ cancel our booking under the circumstances and did not even offer a nightin credit. Poor communication from the hotel and very verypoorcustomer service!You " looking into who told us the wrong information" doesn't help me or my family! I would like to note that we contacted the train company and ice skating ( both have given us a refund or credit).

Tinha expectativas muito mais elevadas para este hotel. Nós estivemos aqui na noite anterior a um jogo em casa do Chelsea, uma vez que estávamos no jogo. Nós reservamos com um cartão Blue Light que o site declarou que tinha benefícios no momento da reserva, como um upgrade de quarto e check-in antecipado e check-out tardio de cortesia. Quando chegamos e eu perguntei sobre check-out tardio no dia seguinte, foi-me dito que não estava disponível. O quarto era um quarto standard e não recebemos um upgrade. O quarto era limpo, mas muito antigo e definitivamente precisa de uma atualização. Fiquei parado no bar do hotel por 10 minutos antes que alguém saísse para pegar meus pedidos de bebidas (o bar tinha cerca de 3 pessoas, então não estava cheio). O serviço de quarto e opções de comida de bar depois das 17:30 eram ridículas ... as únicas coisas disponíveis eram sanduíches e batatas fritas ou um mac n queijo (presumivelmente preparado no micro-ondas). Os únicos pontos positivos foram a óbvia localização conveniente para o jogo do Chelsea, mas da próxima vez estarei no centro de Londres e viajarei para o jogo como fizemos anteriormente. Além disso, o café da manhã era muito bom, com uma boa variedade de opções. No entanto, a estadia geral foi decepcionante para dizer o mínimo.

Had much higher expectations for this hotel. We stayed here the night before a Chelsea home game as we were at the match. We booked with a Blue Light Card which the website stated had benefits when booking such as a room upgrade and complimentary early check in & late check out. When we arrived and I asked about late check out the next day I was told it wasn't available. The room was a standard room and we didn't get an upgrade. The room was clean but very dated and definitely needs upgrading. I was stood at the hotel bar for 10 minutes before someone came out to take my drinks order (the bar had about 3 people in it so wasn't busy at all). The room service & bar food options after 17:30 were laughable... the only things available was a sandwhich & crisps or a (presumably microwaved) mac n cheese. The only positives were the obvious convenient location for Chelsea game but next time I will be staying in central London and travelling to the game like we have done previously. Also the breakfast was quite good with a good range of options. However the overall stay was disappointing to say the least.

THE MILLENNIUN HOTELS IS EXCELENTE !! Como brasileira e gaúcha , quero destacar o ótimo atendimento das camareiras, pessoal da recepção( também em espanho) , as acomodações, a localização . Apenas uma ressalvano café da manhã : incluir frutas naturais e não em calda. Mesmo assim, pretendo retornar na próxima vez que for a Londres.

Lovely welcome.The rooms were nice but the dark furniture made them feel a bit dated. Breakfast was tasty when we got some but had to wait ages for the hot food to be replenished on the buffet. Hotel was in a good position though.

Lovely large room for our family of 4. Great location near to the tube so we could get around London. Tea & coffee in room and more provided on request. Friendly & helpful staff. Our room was ready early so enabled us to check in early which was a great bonus meaning we could get on with our sightseeing. Room was quiet at night.

A experiência foi boa. Camas limpas e uma excelente noite de sono. Os quartos parecem datados, mas não é um problema. Funcionários prestativos e amigáveis. O café da manhã foi excelente, eu pessoalmente adorei o arroz frito e bolos. Excelente localização. Estacionamento caro, um desconto seria bom para os hóspedes do hotel. O único problema era que o quarto não estava abastecido com chás ect de cortesia totalmente na chegada. Gostaríamos de retornar na taxa que pagamos não tenho certeza que faríamos para a taxa normal.

Minha família e eu tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no hotel como parte de uma viagem de aniversário em Londres. O gerente de plantão tornou o evento ainda mais especial com um presente de aniversário inesperado na chegada, algo que poucos hotéis ofereceriam. A equipe no check-in e check-out também foram muito agradáveis. A localização é fantástica com a vantagem adicional de um parque de estacionamento seguro. A única razão pela qual não é 5 estrelas é que havia um ruído regular acima do nosso quarto que parecia uma cadeira sendo arrastada sobre um piso de madeira, mas pode ter sido um ruído mecânico. O banheiro também precisa de um upgrade. Também não havia tomadas, normais ou usb, perto das camas, o que dificultava o carregamento dos dispositivos. Estas são apenas pequenas coisas a serem observadas e não estragaram nossa viagem. O hotel será o nosso local de referência em todas as futuras visitas. Tivemos um grande momento.

My son and I booked to stay as we had tickets to watch Chelsea play the next day. unfortunately our tickets were cancelled due to stadium refurbishments. It had taken us 9.5 hours to get to the ground, only to find out we couldn't see the match. Having nothing else to do whilst we waited for the roads to reopen, we decided to wait in the lobby of the hotel. It was here that we were looked after by the general manager. He arranged for the match to be shown - so we at least got to see the match in the lobby, and ensured that we were looked after by the staff - great, compassionate service! Actually much better than we received from the Chelsea ticket office and match day staff. We will definitely be back.

The experience was good. Beds clean and had excellent night sleep. Rooms look dated but not an issue. Staff helpful an friendly. The breakfast was excellent I personally loved the fried rice and pastries. Location great. Parking expensive a discount would be good for hotel guests. Only issue was the room was not stocked with complimentary teas ect fully on arrival. We would return on the rate we paid not sure we would for the normal rate.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel as part of a birthday trip to London. The duty manager made it extra special with an unexpected birthday gift on arrival which was unexpected and something that very few hotels would offer. The staff at check in and check out were also very pleasant. The location is fantastic with the added bonus of a secure car park. The only reason it's not 5 star is there was a regular noise from above our room that sounded like a chair being dragged over a hardwood floor, but it may have been a mechanical noise. The bathroom could also do with a upgrade. There was also no sockets, regular or usb, near the beds which made charging devices difficult. These are only minor things to note though and did not spoil our trip at all. The hotel will be our go to location for all future visits. We had a great time.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. We had a family room which was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. We had a really good sleep as it was so quiet. The hotel was spotless and really welcoming. Every member of staff we interacted with was professional and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. A huge selection of really fresh and tasty food and drinks. It started our day off perfectly every day. The hotel is in a lovely spot of London. We felt incredibly safe here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The hotel is located in a convenient location, just minutes away from the bus stop and the District Line. Parking was convenient, and at a discounted rate! Most impressive of all was the very friendly and accommodating staff. All my questions via emails were addressed to promptly. I had a room upgrade which helped tremendously with a 2 year old toddler in tow. I had takeaway breakfast every morning in the room which the staff in the restaurant helped me pack willingly. Everyone went out of their way to help make the stay as pleasant as possible for my family.

Muy lindo lugar. El barrio es excelente. Ubicado al frente del estadio del Chelsea. En el mismo predio. Esta alejado del centro de Londres pero pasan dos o tres líneas de colectivos que van al centro.

Forma parte del complejo del Estadio del Chelsea. Si hay partido realmente es muy incomodo. Controles policiales. Calle de acceso cortada. Bullicio. Ruidos y mucha gente por todos lados. No volveria. No recomendado para familias. Solo para fanaticos del futbol

La zona donde se ubica no es muy céntrica pero es muy agradable para pasear, además de tener buenas conexiones de transporte público.

Buena ubicación del hotel, que si bien no está en Londres propiamente hay todo tipo de opciones de desplazamiento pasando por el frente. Nos ha tocado un día de futbol y es chévere ver que se convierte en un dia familiar alrededor del partido. Habitaciones es cómodas. Buen desayuno con variedad. Ambiente tranquilo. El unico punto a mejorar quizás es que la calefaccion del cuarto no funcionó y que la ducha tenia su regadera averiada.
