“There is NO AC THROUGHOUT THIS HOTEL. When we entered our room, the thermostat read 81 degrees. I called to ask the front desk if it was just our room and was told, "We don't need AC at almost 10,000 feet." Well, you clearly needed it last night (and things are only getting hotter climate-wise, so you need to figure this out). We slept with our screen door and window open, and had to open the hotel room door to the hallway to get any air circulating. We woke to the sun rising around 5am. Needless to say, not a good night's sleep. For a hotel this expensive, they need to install air conditioning. When we first checked in, the front desk person scolded me because the reservation was made under my husband's name and he wasn't traveling with me (we are Hilton Honors members and it automatically goes in that way). I share an address with him, which is on my ID, and I made the reservation under my credit card that has MY NAME on it. I don't need lectured by a twenty-something kid. I offered to call my husband last night, but the kid seemed to realize he was being unreasonable. Not to mention, the hotel was not full, so I don't know why this was even an issue. I spend a lot of money with Hilton, and this made me really, really angry. Also, there was no shower curtain in the shower, and the parking situation was expensive and cumbersome. The front desk clerk had to walk us to the garage and manually open it for us. Later, at the time of check out, they had us drop our key at the front desk and we eventually realized (after taking all our stuff down the elevator to the garage) that we needed it to get our car OUT of the garage. We had to go back up to the front desk and request a new key for the parking garage before we could retrieve our car. I understand things are different with COVID and this is usually a valet service, but seriously, don't charge people through the nose for something you haven't yet figured out completely. It probably should have been free for all the trouble. Overall, this was a completely disappointing experience and I would have gotten more sleep driving home for three hours last night. I will never recommend this hotel.”

“My stay didn't happen, because Hilton canceled it 10 days before check in. Had a 4th of July extended weekend stay booked on points a few months ago, and they decide 10 days before the busiest summer weekend that they couldn't open? A lot of other resorts and hotels did open and kept proper distancing, but they couldn't. Very disappointed in the shortness of the notice and a simple one page "your reservation will be canceled, at no charge to you" letter. Thanks for leaving me no place to stay and not charging me for it!”

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, well furnished and well maintained.
The beds are a little short. The room lacks air conditioning, but open windows in the cool evenings take care of that. Many facilities and services are closed or streamlined because of COVID. There is a $15 per day parking fee. These are my negatives.
It is a short walk to downtown where many tasty meal options are available. Many of the restaurants have opened up seating in the street to offer COVID-safe and ambiance-friendly dining.
All this said, we are all doing our best in this era and I appreciate the opportunity to take my family on a nice vacation. We would be happy to stay here again.

We booked this on booking.com and not ONCE did it tell us that the facilities were going to be closed. I understand COVID is happening. But we stayed at The lodge at Breckenridge And they had way better service and were more prepared to make it a great stay for people staying. I am very disappointed. Every location is supposed to serve warm cookies and those weren’t even available. I’m not mad about things being closed I’m mad that we paid FULL PRICE for it all to be closed. And not once did it mention that.

Great hotel i visited during the pandemic. They need more trash cans around the elevators and also in the underground parking area. Great experience in hotel.
