“Some staff were awesome! Edwin, Angelica, Veronica, Oscar, a few other waiters n waitresses that I'm sorry I forget their names. Wildlife was great fun. Rooms were good size, swimouts were excellent. Food was good. Go platinum, don't upgrade, they don't give you any extras unless you ask. Beach was beautiful. Pools were very clean. Mini Market was good but expensive.”

“Me and my girlfriend stayed at this amazing resort back in September. The staff was so friendly, the facility is huge and amazing in every single part of it. I’m not gonna lie, before we left I was a little worried after reading some reviews, so I was on the look out that sooner or later something was gonna go wrong. The resort and our stayed was way better than my expectations! We really loved it! The beach was amazing. We loved the Mexican restaurant and the buffet - you could literally find anything at the buffet -. Personally, if I go back to Mexico I will try to go back at the Riviera Princess.”
