“If I could give zero stars, I would have. We wanted to go to the rooftop bar and called ahead to ask if we could make a reservation. After the lady told us to just drop by, we went to the rooftop and were told that there was a private event and to try in half an hour. On enquiring, she assured us that we would get a seat in half an hour. So we went back down and sat at the bar downstairs - only to be ignored for half an hour. So when we went back upstairs, we were told that everything was now occupied - and we were back upstairs very very punctually. I am not only disappointed but also angry. I didn't expect such miserable service from a hotel like this. This was, worldwide, the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Sorry to say, but I cannot recommend coming here.”
