Não tenho muito do que reclamar neste hotel.A localização é excelente, perto da international drive e apenas 5 minutos dos parques da universal, pra chegar nestes, é basicamente uma reta, arriscaria até a dizer que os mais dispostos conseguem ir à pé.O quarto estava bem limpo, as camas arrumadas, o banheiro pronto com toalhas limpas e kits para banho. Também havia uma cafeteira e alguns pós de café no quarto (que não cheguei a usar). O quarto possuía ar condicionado/aquecedor, TV, frigobar, secador de cabelo, cofre, tábua e ferro de passar.O atendimento foi bem cordial e prestativo. Recebi uma encomenda que inclusive nem foi cobrada pelo hotel.Com relação aos serviços, o café da manhã é bem simples e sempre igual, pode ser um ponto a ser melhorado pelo hotel. Havia Cafés, sucos, leite, waffles, panquecas, rosquinhas, ovos (cozido e frito), melado, uma seleção de duas frutas cortadas, iogurte e cereais. Um pouco mais de variação seria bem vindo. A área da piscina não é muito convidativa, achei bem simples comparada a outros hoteis. Tem basicamente a piscina, umas cadeiras e só. Tem academia também, mas nem reparei se era boa ou não.Com relação a segurança não tive nenhum problema, porém a área é aberta (incluindo o estacionamento) então não é difícil que um desconhecido chegue aos quartos. Fiquei com essa preocupação, mas felizmente nada aconteceu.Minha única reclamação: no último dia desci pra perguntar se havia limite de horário para o checkout. A recepcionista disse que não, então fiquei tranquilo e ainda fui curtir um tempo no parque. Quando eu estava me arrumando para ir embora, por volta das 13h, uma camareira passou dizendo que estava no horário do checkout e que eu deveria sair àquela hora. Achei essa abordagem muito desnecessária, felizmente eu estava com tudo pronto para sair, mas achei humilhante.Minha avaliação do hotel é boa. Para quem vai usar apenas para dormir/descansar, é uma boa opção. Mas se buscar algum tipo de luxo extra nas férias, esse talvez não seja o local.

Hotel simplesmente horrível! O quarto é muito ruim, com mau cheiro. Os lençóis não trocam, obs ( percebi no penúltimo dia ) não sei se haviam trocado antes. Existem quartos em que as instalações ficam distantes da recepção, abertos de frente para rua sem nenhuma segurança. Baratas no elevador, cafe da manhã terrível, além de não ter lugar suficiente para sentar, o cafe se é que dá para chamar de cafe é simples pão e café com leite. Se chegar às 9 ai e que não tem nada mesmo. Bem não recomendo. Se quiser se aventurar pode ir lá. Se quiser sossego melhor nao ir.

+ Bons recepcionistas, ótima localização, quarto com um bom tamanho, atende bem um casal com 2 filhos. - quarto fedido a mofo, ar condicionado barulhento, não me parece ser muito bem limpo, quase morri de tossir e espirrar de alergia, café da manhã apenas aceitável tem poucas opções.

Hotel muito organizado e aconchegante, toda equipe muito educada e bem treinada, recepcionistas bilíngue, o que ajuda muito turistas que não falam inglês.Atendimento da Gladys muito bom, simpática, muito educada.Hotel tem serviços de tranfers para os parques gratuitos, basta pedir os horários de ida e volta no Guiche de informações referentes aos parques, onde também se pode comprar ingressos.Também tem uma lojinha dentro do hotel que ajuda muito em necessidades emergenciais.

Pillows ,blankets and sheets had stain stains.outfit by the bed came off.The room was cold and service was terrible.Told us it was 28 minutes to check in early and they didn’t clean the room.Every day we came from universal they took all the towels and gave us less then there were before.No microwave and not a lot of space the bathroom was good for the price it wasn’t gross but,the door was in a inconvenient space.When you tried to open the bathroom door you would hit someone while someone was using the sink.Don’t stay here it’s not worth your money spend it somewhere we’re it’s worth it. It also got so cold at night i couldn’t sleep.

Customer service is ridiculous, take me over one hour before I get someone to help check in and asked me for $100 security deposit after arguing with them cause on their website they don’t put that they end up charge me $50 , no microwave in the room the sink clogged next day by 2:00 PM i haven’t see no one show up to clean my room I went to the front desk the manager so disgusting have the nerve to tell me they clean every 3 days in demand. What a nasty respond , please pleaseeeeeeeee don’t book this place to stay with your family.

This was my worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. The staff was not friendly, there are stains all over the rooms. The sheets had stains, the towels had stains, overall the entire room was not clean. On the website they said there was going to be breakfast and there was only coffee, juice and a muffin. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the simple fact that nobody is friendly andthe hotel is dirty.

the room smelled weird when we first got in and the sheets were also smelling weird. we disinfected the room and asked for more blankets for on of our friends and they gave us smelly blankets with dirt spots on it. the only good thing about this hotel is the apple juice they serve in the morning other then that dont come here!

Gostei muito do lugar, do quarto, da piscina, da localização, do café da manhã.Tudo muito perto, não vi ponto negativo, pra mim foi uma ótima experiência.

DO NOT COME HERE! It is honestly better to spend an extra $10 a night somewhere else. I thought it was a great location but, when it came to the room and the service, TERRIBLE! Room seem dirty, terrible service, and no breakfast like they mentioned they would have. Scary situation happened where at 1am a person tried to come in our room!! We called upfront and in their words they say, “ gave the wrong keys so someone”. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN! It was so scary and frustrating!! Second, you can never get someone on the phone! You can keep calling and calling and nothing! I can understand if it was busy upfront but every time you go up there, there is no one! Lastly, ( and kind of ties in with two) you can not get maintenance over because no answer the phone. I honestly wish I had a different place to stay and can give this place a zero.

La calidad Buff, la limpieza 2Buff, habitaciones bastante anticuadas, para mí nada que ver con las fotos, eso sí bien precio. Resumiendo, típico hotel turístico americano como en las pelis.

It was convenient to be close to universal since that's where we went but the hotel is run down. The beds are lumpy and dusty . Just so you know there is no microwave in the room. And no daily cleaning due to covid 19 so you will not get fresh towels and bed making. Oh and prepare to lift your heavy luggage upstairs the elevator in my building was out of order and its easy to get lost.

Recibimos la habitación con muchos pelos en la alfombra, se ve que ni pasaron la aspiradora. Ya no hay servicio de desayuno, ni limpieza (salvo que lo requieras). Excelente ubicación, esta muy cerca de parques y shoppings. Heladerita super amplia y buen funcionamiento de enfriado. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Excelente para uma viagem com proposta budget, ou seja, sem ostentar ou gastar muito. Acredito que paguei próximo a 50 dolares por noite para um quarto com duas camas de casal acomodando dois adultos e duas crianças.Café da manhã ok, sem muitos luxos, mas o suficiente para começar o dia. O café (bebida) é péssimo entretanto. Não consegui me acostumar ao café feito nos EUA.Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis. Banheiro precisa de reforma.Durante minha viagem aos EUA fui a NY por uma semana e deixei as malas no hotel - serviço de cortesia.Recomendo.

Péssimo hotel. Realizamos a reserva pela decolar, ao fazer check in solicitaram o pagamento de 77 dólares para uso do “resort” piscininha. Enfim mesmo afirmando que não usaríamos tivemos que efetuar o pagamento. Nosso frigobar não funcionava e solicitamos troca, trocaram por 3 vezes e nenhum funcionava. O café da manhã é péssimo, chega a ser falta de respeito, nem o básico era de qualidade. Não indico esse hotel para ninguém.

Gostei da estada, mas poderia melhorar em alguns pontos. Por exemplo, o quarto tinha cafeteira, mas no segundo dia não tinha mais o sachê de café. O hotel dispõe de microondas na área do café da manhã, mas não nos quartos e fiquei em um extremo do hotel, acabei não usando. A recepção na entrada foi ótima, na saída nem tanto.
