“A lovely hotel close to the centre of town. A few reviews have mentioned the small size of the hotel, but I found it perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I stayed with my partner in February just before Valentine’s Day, and it was blissful returning to the hotel after a busy day of sightseeing and walking around Paris in the biting cold. This hotel actually made us forget about the cold.I had forgotten one of my cashmere turtleneck sweaters at the hotel, and they made every effort to have it returned to me in London. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and understanding.Their breakfast was also quite satisfying. I would definitely come back to Hôtel Vendôme Opéra. Thank you to everyone there!”

“This is NOT a 4 * hotel.
Lift is tiny, room is extremely small and bathroom is smaller. The distance between the bathroom door and the bed is only a kick away. The beddings look tired and so did the DARK brown!!! carpet on the floor. there’s no space for your check in luggage or even carry on.
The Staff I had an encounter with was helpful.It is a shame the rooms do not look/feel comfortable.
The hotel is cramped. I found it that bad I had to let go of the room Charge for one night, cancel my reservation and book elsewhere.”
