Bom hotel. Muito perto do aeroporto. Eles oferecem serviço de transporte que é excelente. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom.

À chegada fazia muito frio e o aquecimento junto à lareira foi divertido. Nós solicitamos mais toalhas em nosso quarto, que veio diretamente para a porta do nosso quarto em 5 minutos. O estacionamento é gratuito e havia muitos espaços para escolher. Chegamos às 20h pedimos bifes do Ruby Tuesday, que ficava literalmente 30 segundos na estrada. O quarto precisava de uma pequena atualização, mas fez o trabalho para o preço. A cama era boa, as paredes têm algumas marcas e a banheira tem algumas manchas. O quarto em si era um 3 estrelas. Mas as comodidades mais a equipe ajudaram a um 4 estrelas. A experiência do café da manhã foi um 5 !!!! A participante do TRACEE foi super atenciosa, profissional, limpa e estava com um sorriso no rosto TODA a hora que jantamos. Ela colocou a cereja no topo do bolo para nós.

On arrival, it was very cold and warming up by the fireplace was fun. We requested more towels in our room which came directly to our room door in 5 mins. The parking is free and there was plenty of spaces to select. We arrived at 8pm ordered steaks from Ruby Tuesday that was literally 30 seconds down the road. The room needed a little updating but it did the job for the price. The bed was good, the walls have some Marks on them and the tub has a few stains. The room itself was a 3 star. But the amenities plus the staff aided to a 4 star. The breakfast experience was a 5!!!! The attendee TRACEE was super helpful, professional, clean, and had a smile on her face the ENTIRE time we dined. She put the icing on the cake for us.

Pedi toalhas limpas e ela disse que ia ser entregue. Esperamos, mas ninguém apareceu. Tivemos que ligar novamente em nossa última noite e era para vir buscá-lo na recepção. A atitude deles era muito agressiva e, na verdade, reservada. Então! Sem serviço de quarto para limpar ou maquiar as camas para toda a nossa estadia enquanto estávamos lá e entregar toalhas ou lençóis limpos. Precisávamos colocar o lixo em sacolas de supermercado e toalhas sujas do lado de fora da porta, mas ninguém apareceu para buscá-los. Seus padrões são pobres. Nós vamos! Pelo menos você toma café da manhã. Nunca mais. Todas essas boas críticas precisam ser verificadas novamente.

I would think twice before booking this place. First time in Georgia on transit. They take bad hospitality to a whole new level. The shuttle service was the only thing that was advantageous about the hotel. My friend and I got a room with a double bed and upon entering the room, the musky mold smell greats you. I had to open the windows for fresh air. Mind you! When coming in late, please don't come hungry, they don't have a kitchen. We were there for 2 days out of 4 days that we booked and called in to ask if the room was going to be cleaned. The receptionist said no, they cleaned it every 3days. I asked for fresh towels and she said it was going to be delivered. We waited for it but no one came. We had to call again on our last night and was to to come get it from the reception. Their attitude was very aggressive and in fact standoffish. So! No room service to clean or Makeup the beds for our whole stay while we were there and deliver fresh towels or linens. We needed putting trash in grocery bags and dirty towels outside the door and still no one came for them. Their standards poor. Well! At least you get breakfast. Never again. All these good reviews needs to be double checked.

O fato é que, quando fiz o check-in, me disseram algo diferente sobre o horário do café da manhã, Tracy, a atendente do café da manhã, salvou o dia. Ela foi muito calorosa, amigável e excepcional. Ela permaneceu profissional, mas ao mesmo tempo atenciosa. A maioria das pessoas com atitudes diferentes não teria feito o que ela fez. Mas agradeço a Tracy, grande energia e personalidade ... The fact, when I first checked in I was told something different about the breakfast schedule, Tracy the breakfast attendant saved the day. She was very heart warming, friendly, and exceptional. She remained professional, but at the same time considerate. Most people with different attitudes would not have done what she did. But I appreciate Tracy, great energy and personality... Good work

Este lugar era agradável e tranquilo. Nice design no lobby e no quarto. Os funcionários foram super gentis, mas havia um funcionário com quem eu não conseguia me comunicar porque ela só falava espanhol. O hotel oferece café-da-manhã de cortesia e traslado, que foi conveniente. Deduzi um ponto por causa da mecha de cabelo na cama e as manchas na banheira que não foram removidas e tentei limpar. Não durmo entre os lençóis de nenhum hotel e é devido a situações como esta. Além disso, a minha estadia foi ótima.

Decent hotel, clean, mostly quiet, a little rough around the edges. Management doing a great job repairing the rough edges. Great morning breakfast with eggs, some kind of breakfast meat, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal. In room fridges. Walking distance to open restaurant. Parking fee takes off a star. Pool in old pictures is closed. Full Marriott and Hilton around the corner so it is in a good hotel area. I feel safe here even at my usual 11 PM arrivals and 3 AM departures times. Any room issues have been quickly dealt with. Shout out to their front desk for keeping things going despite a storm hard crashing their network. The staff kept their cool and quickly developed a backup paper system.

This place was nice and quiet. Nice design in the lobby and room. Staff were super kind, but there was one staff that I couldn't communicate with because she mostly only spoke Spanish. The hotel offer complimentary breakfast and shuttle, which was convenient. I deducted a point because of the strand of hair in the bed and the spots in the tub that didn't wipe away and I tried to wipe it away. I don't sleep in between the sheets of any hotel and it's due to situations like this. Other than that my stay was great.
