This property is quiet and reserved . It’s off a highway but you do not get that noise. Room clean . Got what I paid for a good decent clean stay ! Front desk very attentive

Fiquei uma semana. Quando saí durante o dia, não apenas entreguei o SINAL DE NÃO PERTURBE, mas também disse à recepção para garantir que a arrumação não entrasse no quarto. Eu não precisava de lençóis ou toalhas limpas. Ele me assegurou que eles não iriam entrar... apenas para voltar e não apenas eles estavam lá, mas eles mudaram minhas coisas. Sem mencionar ser comido vivo por percevejos.

Este hotel é absolutamente imundo. Mudei de quarto duas vezes. A cama do primeiro quarto não foi feita desde o último quarto do segundo hóspede tinha uma barata viva. Terceiro quarto era uma cama de casal 1ª cama tinha lençóis visivelmente sujos de mancha. O quarto é muito úmido e cheira a cachorro molhado. Fiz o check-in aqui porque minha empresa errou a reserva do meu hotel e é tarde e eu precisava de um lugar para passar a noite. Estou me chutando por ser um barato que deveria saber melhor. Dormindo com minhas roupas esta noite.

I stayed for a week. When I left during the day, not only did I hand the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN, but I also told front desk to make sure housekeeping didn't go in the room. I didn't need Fresh linens or towels. He assured me they wouldn't go in..only to come back and not only had they been there but they had moved my things around. Not to mention being eaten alive by bedbugs.

This hotel is absolutely filth. I changed rooms twice. First room bed was not made since last guest second room had a live roach in it. Third room was a double bed 1st bed had stain visibly dirty sheets . Room is very humid and smells like a wet dog. I checked in here because my company missbooked my hotel and it is late and I needed a place to stay for the night I'm kicking myself for being a cheapskate I should have know better . Sleeping in my clothes tonight.

Portanto, a escolha lidou bem com o hotel, é claro que eles não estão na minha lista agradável!

O café-da-manhã continental estava faltando em qualquer variedade. O recepcionista noturno estava apenas preenchendo uma vaga. Ela não ajudava em nada. O motorista do transporte foi o melhor que eu já vi. O proprietário, ou gerente e os ajudantes de quarto foram muito bom também!

Ótima propriedade com bons quartos e definitivamente vale o preço. Só a razão que eu tenho 3 estrelas é porque a senhora no turno da noite parecia que ela não queria trabalhar. Nós reservamos 2 camas queen size, mas a porta não podia abrir e nós temos 1 cama king size com sofá-cama. Quando solicitado por um cobertor extra, ela disse que tudo é tomado como o hotel está cheio. E tudo está na sala. Não havia cobertores extras na sala. Boa coisa que tivemos extras no nosso carro enquanto viajamos 20 horas antes de chegar ao hotel.

I made a reservation through choice rewards app for four nights I was to check in on Monday however I did not check in on Monday night, I was going to check in first thing on Tuesday morning. I called them to let them know that I'd be a little after the 7:00 deadline probably around 7:30 and the guy told me well we don't have any rooms for you right now I said well I made a reservation available he said we just don't have any rooms we'll have some for you this afternoon I said okay so you put me down for reservation for Tuesday through Friday instead of Monday and I used my choice rewards to pay for this so it wasn't out of pocket and he said yes we'll put you down for that I said well what do I have to do to get my reward points back for the the day that you don't have a room for me he says call The choice rewards and they'll get it back I said okay I said so just make sure you got me checking in this afternoon Tuesday afternoon and checking out on Friday and then not even honoring the reservation because you don't take the choice rewards that's insane and I essentially ended the conversation quickly I called choice rewards they got my reward points back plus they gave me an additional 2,000 points for my inconvenience they didn't offer that I had to ask for it. So choice handled it well the hotel of course they're not on my nice list!

Gran propiedad con buenas habitaciones y definitivamente vale la pena el precio. La única razón por la que tengo 3 estrellas es porque la señora en la noche, el turno parecía que ella no quería trabajar. Reservamos 2 camas queen, pero la puerta no podía abrirse y tenemos 1 cama king con sofá cama. Cuando se le solicite una manta adicional, dijo que todo se toma, ya que el hotel está lleno. Y todo está en la habitación. No había mantas adicionales en la habitación. Es bueno que teníamos extras en nuestro automóvil mientras viajamos 20 horas antes de llegar a este hotel.

The continental breakfast was lacking in any variety. The night desk clerk was just filling a position. She was no help for anything. The shuttle driver was the best I've ever seen. The owner, or manager and the room helpers were really nice too!

Great property with good rooms and definitely worth the price. Only reason I have 3 stars is because the lady at night shift seemed like she didn't want to work. We booked 2 queen beds but the door couldn't open and we got 1 king bed with sofa bed. When asked for an extra blanket she said everything is taken as the hotel is full. And everything is in the room. There were no extra blankets in the room. Good thing we had extras in our car as we traveled 20 hours before getting to this hotel.

A jovem senhora na recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. O check-in foi fácil. Fui para o meu quarto e fiquei totalmente surpreso. O quarto era ótimo. Muito limpo. Não cheirava a fumaça. O banheiro era muito limpo, eu diria mesmo impecável. Geladeira e micro-ondas estavam limpos. Cama era muito confortável. Eu dormi bem. Não houve nenhum ruído externo. O check-out foi fácil e o reembolso do meu depósito em dinheiro foi tranquilo. A única leitura que estou atribuindo a 4 estrelas em vez de 5 é porque, quando saí para sair, havia uma forte fumaça de cigarro no corredor e no saguão. Além disso, este é um bom hotel com preços acessíveis e eu ficaria lá novamente.

I booked this hotel online actually thinking it was another one. When I pulled up, I was like "oh my". It is surrounded by several other what I would consider 1 or 2 star hotels. I thought "oh well, I'm here now, the room is paid for and there'sno refund". I walked into the lobby and found it to be very clean. They even had a pretty Christmas tree up. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy. Went to my room and was totally surprised. The room was great. Very clean. Did not smell like smoke. The bathroom was very clean I would even say spotless. Refrigerator and microwave were clean. Bed was very comfortable.I slept well. There were no outside noises at all. Check out was easy and getting my cash deposit back was smooth. The only read I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I walked out to leave there was a strong stale cigarette smoke in the hallway and in the lobby. Beyond that this is a nice affordable hotel and I would stay there again.

Tive que ficar em um quarto para deficientes físicos que realmente precisa de obras. Acima de tudo, tive que deixar um depósito de $ 100 para despesas ocasionais e ainda não recebi meu dinheiro de volta. Se eu não receber até o final desta semana, farei ligações. De jeito nenhum deve demorar tanto. Indo em 2 semanas.

Had to stay in a handicapped room that really needs work. Most of all I had to leave a deposit of $100 for incidentals and has yet to be refunded my money. If I don’t receive it by then end of this week I will be making calls. No way it should take this long. Going on 2wks.
