We really enjoyed our stay! We were traveling with our little dog and our two granddaughters. We had reserved two rooms, and they were spacious and spotless! We were so grateful to them for making sure our request of adjoining rooms was granted. Our grandchildren loved having their own space, while we felt like they were safe. The breakfast was good, they offered a lot of choices and kept it well stocked. My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times already since they opened and will continue to make this our hotel of choice when in the area. The hotel staff was so nice and everyone went above and beyond to make our trip special.We stayed 2 nights the first night was mine and my wife’s 10 year anniversary.They went above and beyond to make our trip special, I wished google allowed me to show pictures.The second night was a family trip, Even thought this weekend was alittle cold (around 60)their pool was heated and made for a fun time for my 6 and 8 year old . The views was spectacular we could still see the mountains but also see the Island area. This will be our go to location when we stay in pigeon forge. A segunda noite foi uma viagem em família, mesmo que este fim de semana estivesse um pouco frio (cerca de 60) a piscina deles era aquecida e feita para um momento divertido para meus 6 e 8 anos. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff very friendly. Shane is exceptional at the front desk,very helpful!The only complaint Ihave would be the beds are very uncomfortable.That was the biggest complaint with other guest also.The breakfast is wonderful,parking is great andlocation is great!!! I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Pigeon Forge.First let me say that nobody ever comes to clean your room.We had towels piled so high in the bathroom and trash over flowing in the small trash can in the room.This was a complete joke.Then let me tell you about the room itself.TINY TINY TINY.Maybe good for one person.Just such a small space.My husband and I have never stayed in such a tiny room before.If you have claustrophobia do not stay here.They allow dogs to stay at this hotel. So nasty!There was a dog staying at the room across from us that barked and barked at any and all hours - misery!There was also another party that had 3 dogs with them that we seemed to get stuck in the elevators with often.Miserable.I scratched and itched the entire stay - fleas? I do not know. Then they offer free continental breakfast - I don't think so. Horrible coffee. Tasteless breakfast, make your own waffles, muffins, sausage.We just skipped the breakfast and went to Starbucks. On top of all of this they charged us an extra fee of either $60 or $80 dollars for damage or something and we did not damage a single thing. We were hardly ever in the room.I would not recommend. This hotel knocked it out of the park! Breakfast is amazing; staff is the best of the best (big shout out to Dominic; he’s the definition of phenomenal customer service); rooms are big; clean and that location couldn’t be better. I can be picky at times; but I can’t find a single thing wrong with this hotel. Thank you for a great stay; highly recommended; did i mention they have a dog park? So amazing!
