“Acho que este hotel residencial em particular é uma má representação do Marriott. Quando cheguei ao hotel, eu era a única pessoa na fila e levei cerca de 30 minutos para fazer o check-in. back office. A mesma senhora de pele escura me ligava e ficava me ligando para voltar e pagar a taxa incidental. Isso me fez sentir muito desconfortável porque nenhum outro hotel faz isso! Toda vez que eu ia fazer o check-in novamente, ela dissecava minha identidade e cartão de crédito como se eu fosse um golpista ou algo assim. me deixou muito desconfortável Além do assédio eles não trazem toalhas e panos. Você tem que levar a roupa suja para a recepção e uma vez eu fiz isso e eles só tinham 1 toalha para dar. Ninguém Onde estão as etiquetas de nomes e posso dizer que há uma grande rotatividade de funcionários porque havia 3 pessoas sendo treinadas durante minha curta estadia. Meu pai está em uma clínica de enfermagem na área. Quando eu visito, gosto de cozinhar algo especial para meu pai, é por isso que escolho uma pousada de residência. Eu costumo ficar em Greenbelt, mas eles foram reservados, então tentei o pior erro do meu fim de semana de 4 de julho. Estou com o Marriott há mais de 11 anos e esta foi a minha pior experiência de sempre!”

“I think this particular residence inn Is a Bad representation of Marriott. When I arrived at the hotel I was the only person in line and it took about 30 minutes for me to check in. As the tall dark skin lady with a bushy afro hair left me standing at the desk for 20 minutes while she was in the back office. Once I did retrieve the keys to my room I was just in shock as she dismissed me. Never introduced me to the hotel never told me what time breakfast was or where it was at. Never told me about the pool or it's hours. And on top of that whenever I noticed I would be late returning to the hotel I would just book another night online. The same darskin lady would call me and keep calling me to come back and pay the incidental fee. That made me feel really uncomfortable because no other hotel does this! Everytime I went to check in again she would dissect my ID and credit card like I'm a scam artist or something. made me very uncomfortable On top of the harressment they don't bring towels and washcloths. U have to carry the soiled linen to the front desk and one time I did that and they only had 1 towel to give. No one Where's names tags and I can tell there's a big turn over of staff cause there were 3 people being trained during my short stay. My Dad is in a nursing facility in the area. Wgrn i visit i like took cook something special for my dad thats why i choose a residence inn.I usually stay in Greenbelt but they were booked so I tried largo worst mistake of my July 4th weekend I've been with Marriott for over 11 years and this was my worst experience ever!”
