I wish there was a zero review button!! Absolutely disappointed with breakfest!!

Oh meu. Estar ciente! Nós pensamos que este era um hotel para uma parada rápida, mas de outros comentários do Google e o que vimos, pode ser na verdade um abrigo para sem-teto. Eu me pergunto a limpeza de todo o lugar, incluindo camas e móveis. Não entendi bem este lugar quando fiz a reserva em um site de terceiros.

Oh my. Be aware! We thought this was a hotel for a quick stop but from other google reviews and what we saw this might be in fact a homeless shelter. I wonder the cleanliness of the entire place including beds and furniture. I didn’t get the sense of this place fully when I booked on a third party site.

Estava tentando evitar uma experiência aleatória de motel e foi isso que consegui. Nunca mais vou confiar no nome Ramada. As fotos do café da manhã dizem tudo. A unidade de aquecimento parecia um motor ruim. Corredor cheirava a urina. Deveria ter ido com outra coisa.

Fez uma reserva para um quarto acessível a um wc no primeiro andar. Chamado para confirmar. Foi confirmado. Na chegada, no dia seguinte, foi informado que não havia nenhum disponível. Foi doador 2 quartos no 4º andar. A casa de banho não é grande o suficiente para ter um WC Cama no segundo quarto quebrada. Anunciado um café da manhã grátis. Café apenas. Corredores e elevadores. Sujo. Este é um hotel sem estrelas.

Made a reservation for a wc accessibleroom on first floor.Called to confirm. Was confirmed. Upon arrival the next day was told none was available . Was giver 2 rooms on the 4th floor. Bathroomnot big enough to get a wc in Bed in second room broken.Advertised a free breakfast. Coffee only. Halls and elevators. Dirty. This is a no star hotel.

Was trying to avoid a random motel experience and that's what I got.Will never trust the Ramada name again.Breakfast photos say it all.The heating unit sounded like a bad engine. Hallway smelled of urine. Should have gone with something else.

Bem, se você gosta de temer por sua vida todas as noites ... A jovem senhora me disse quando nos registramos que este era o "Hotel Ghetto". Era o hotel do gueto. Não houve mentiras. No entanto, era barato, embora houvesse queimaduras de cigarro nos lençóis, papel de parede descascando, o aquecedor funcionou por 5 minutos antes de o fusível explodir e nunca mais ligar. O sabonete era muito bom.

O primeiro quarto que me enviaram ainda não tinha sido recusado, eles me mandam para outro quarto onde as camas foram feitas, mas havia uma máscara no canto, então não pode ter sido limpo muito bem, especialmente porque eu acho que o empregada teria notado que NÃO havia CORTINA DE CHUVEIRO. Também havia ratos vivendo nas paredes e, como metade das tomadas estava descoberta, eles tinham fácil acesso ao quarto. Esperando muito por um reembolso, já que o último é uma violação do código de saúde, e o funcionário da recepção disse que falaria com o gerente e veria o que eles podem fazer. NÃO FIQUE AQUI. Primavera para um lugar melhor. É barato por um motivo.

Well if you like fearing for your life every night... I was told by the young woman out front when we checked in that this was the "Ghetto Hotel". It was the ghetto hotel. There were no lies. It was however cheap although there were cigarette burns on the sheets, peeling wallpaper, the heater worked for 5 minutes before the fuse blew out and it never came back on. The soap was pretty nice though.

First room the sent me to hadn't been turned down yet, they send me to another room where the beds had been made but there was a mask in the corner so it can't have been cleaned that well, especially since I think the maid would have noticed that there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN. There were also mice living in the walls, and since half the outlets were uncovered they had easy access to the room. Very much hoping for a refund since the latter is a health code violation, and the front desk person said they would talk to the manager and see what they can do. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spring for somewhere better. It's cheap for a reason.

Se houvesse uma estrela negativa, este lugar a pegaria. A chave não destrancaria minha porta. Disseram-nos para ter cuidado onde estávamos no elevador porque alguém tinha urinado no chão. Quando chegamos ao quarto do meu filho e abrimos a porta, cheirava como se tivesse abrigado dez gatos sem uma caixa de areia. A clientela era incompleta, para dizer o mínimo. Nunca, jamais pare neste motel. É horrível.

If there was a minus star this place would get it. The key wouldn't unlock my door. We were told to be careful where we stood in the elevator because someone had urinated on the floor. When we got to my son's room and opened the door out smelled like it had housed ten cats minus a litter box. The clientele was sketchy to say the least. Never, ever stop at this motel. It's awful.

Limpe-o com vapor e limpe o interior com pinesol para que tenha um cheiro fresco. Honestamente, todo carpete precisa de uma limpeza a vapor. O quarto 327 precisava disso e também do carpete externo que levava ao elevador.2. Os travesseiros são realmente uma piada. Um em cada cama e eles são muito finos. Tive que tirar os dois de cada cama do meu quarto para fazer um travesseiro utilizável. Haveria dois travesseiros maiores em cada cama3. As folhas tinham buracos de queimadura. Você precisa cobrar dos clientes que causam esses furos e substituir imediatamente as folhas. Não os repasse para o próximo cliente.O que eu gostei:1. O cara no balcão da frente foi ótimo. Muito simpático, sociável e profissional. O check-in foi fácil e rápido.2. A cama era bastante confortável, o quarto incluía xampu e a tv funcionava. O quarto também não fedia. Sem bugs3. O chuveiro estava em condições decentes. Já estive em muitos hotéis econômicos e, de costume, os banheiros são sempre o ponto mais fraco. Este era aceitável.

Não me deixa postar zero estrelas. Eu trabalho para uma agência de viagens e essa foi uma experiência muito decepcionante. O quarto estava muito sujo. Havia uma barra de sabão 1/2 usada no chuveiro. O chuveiro não estava limpo, enferrujado e parecia que não era limpo há meses. Havia várias luzes na sala, mas metade delas não funcionava ou tinha lâmpadas nelas. Havia buracos de queimadura na cama, tanto na colcha quanto nos lençóis. Um travesseiro para cada cama, o quarto tinha 2 camas. As toalhas estavam manchadas. Fiquei tão enojado que cancelei minha outra reserva para o final da semana. Não reclamei na recepção porque só queria ir embora. Além disso, o trem não foi mencionado em nenhuma das descrições do hotel e o trem passou às 2h.

It won't let me post zero stars. I work for a travel agency and this was a very disappointing experience. The room was very dirty.There was a 1/2 of used bar of soap in shower.Shower was not clean, rusted out and didn't look like it was cleaned in months.There were several lights in the room but half of them didn't work or have light bulbs in them.There were burn holes on the bed, both bedspread and sheets.One pillow for each bed, the room had 2 beds.The towels were stained. I was so disgusted I canceledmy other reservation for later in the week.I did not complain to the front desk because I just wanted to leave. Also, the train was not mentioned in any of the hotel descriptions and the train came through at 2am.

It was OK. Would I go back? Yes.Areas of opportunity: 1. The elevator was unacceptable. It smells like hydraulic fluid inside and the carpet is worn. Steam clean it and wipe the insides down with pinesol so it smells fresh. Honestly, all carpet needs steam cleaning. Room 327 needed it and also the carpet outside leading to the elevator.2. The pillows truly are a joke. One on each bed and they're razor thin. I had to take both from each bed in my room to make one usable pillow. There would be two larger pillows on each bed3. The sheets had burn holes. You need to charge customers who cause these holes and immediately replace the sheets. Not pass them on to the next customer.What I liked:1. The guy at the front counter was great. Very friendly, sociable and professional. Check in was easy and quick.2. The bed was fairly comfortable, the room included shampoo and the tv worked. The room didn't stink either. No bugs3. The shower was in decent condition. I've been to a lot of budget hotels and usual the bathrooms are always the weakest point. This one was acceptable.
