É sempre agradável. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e o staff muito simpático. Só lado do shopping e em frente ao aeroporto mas não se ouve ruído nenhum. Gosto muito.

The location is good - right next to the shopping mall and close to the airport. However - don't think that the hotel is in the airport - it is across the street from it, so it means you have to walk about 900 meters to get there, or take a shuttle from the hotel paying an extra 5€ per person... More to improve: The AC was too weak and too loud. It was really hot in the rooms. The shower temprature was really hard to set - it kept changing from hot to cold so it wasn't a fun shower...

Extremely disappointing experience over 2 days. 'i´ve been in other NH hotels either for holiday or business, but this one really really the worst. For the price and the 4 stars raking i was expecting.Room really NOT of 4 stars - the bedding was dump ongoingly because of the air conditioning. Shower was either too hot or too cold, shower gel not filled up to our arrival;the carpets on the hall way were looking very damaged. Personnel not very friendly. On the positive breakfast very nice with a large choice, but expensive. Another positive walking distance to the airport and orio shopping and parking not expensive

Quando você se vê cancelando seu voo noturno e sua única perspectiva é dormir em um acampamento no aeroporto esperando o voo do dia seguinte, este hotel salva sua vida! Muito ruim para os custos ... 160 € por uma noite (com check-in às 18 e check-out às 4) e um pouco excessivo, mas de resto verdadeiramente excepcional! Os caras da recepção são profissionais, gentis e falam vários idiomas. Muito bom!

Este hotel fica a uma caminhada do aeroporto. Você não precisa chamar táxi ou traslado do hotel (5e mais impostos quase 10e) leva 10 minutos. Para chegar à cidade de Bergamo, você deve ir para o aeroporto do hotel. Você pode pegar o ônibus no.1 e leva 20 min. Você pode comprar o bilhete de ônibus na máquina de venda automática ou no ônibus. Depois de ver a cidade velha, pegamos um táxi com taxímetro em frente à estação Bergamo. Custa 18 euros para o hotel NH. Quando pergunto aos funcionários do hotel, eles disseram que o preço do táxi é de 25 euros. Eles não foram gentis e profissionais com o cliente. A banheira do quarto é muito escorregadia, temos que tomar cuidado durante o banho. O hotel tem que colocar tapete antiderrapante na banheira para evitar acidentes. Saímos do hotel para o aeroporto por volta das 3h50. Nosso voo era às 6h. No caminho do aeroporto encontramos algumas pessoas indo e vindo do hotel para o aeroporto. Alguns comissários de bordo caminharam para o aeroporto com pressa. O centro comercial Orio tem muitos supermercados e lojas. Nós gostamos de fazer compras e comer aqui. Hotel está localizado no mesmo prédio com shopping center

This hotel is in walk distance from airport. You don't need to call taxi or hotel shuttle (5e plus tax almost 10 e) it takes 10mins. To get to Bergamo town, you should go to airport from hotel. You can take no.1 Bus and takes 20 min. You can buy bus ticket from vending machine or in bus. After seeing old town, we take a taxi with meter in front of station Bergamo. It costs 18euro to NH hotel. When I ask to hotel staff They said taxi price is 25 euro. They weren't kind and professional to customer. The bath tube in the room is very slippery, we have to be careful during shower. Hotel has to put anti slippery mat on the bathtub to protect accidents. We left to airport from hotel about 3:50 a.m Our flight was 6 a.m On the way airport we met a few peoples come and go from hotel to airport. Some flight attendants walked to airport in a hurry. Orio shopping center have lot of eatery supermarket and shops. We enjoyed shopping and some eating here. Hotel is located in same building with shopping center

Começo imediatamente dizendo que é um hotel maravilhoso, o resto da cadeia NH nunca me decepcionou, mas este em particular me impressionou muito e toda vez que vou lá fico sempre encantado. Fácil de chegar de transporte público se você não tiver um carro. O ponto de ônibus Dell vindo do aeroporto fica a algumas centenas de metros de distância. A peculiaridade deste hotel é poder alcançá-lo mesmo com barba, de fato em sua imensa estrutura há também um cais para atracar o barco. Magnífico. Quartos muito agradáveis e limpos. Pessoal acolhedor, gentil e profissional. Café da manhã continental muito bom, tudo de qualidade. O restaurante também é bom. Perto do hotel existem muitos restaurantes, tanto de cozinha italiana como oriental, ou as clássicas cadeias de fast food. Este hotel é meu ponto de referência quando vou a Veneza ou seus arredores.

We had a late arrival into BGY and spent the night at the NH hotel across the street. It was extremely convenient- a 10-15 minute walk. Upon arrival they upgraded us to junior suites to accommodate the children. Rooms were extremely clean and tasteful, beds were comfortable and breakfast had many options. I’d be certain to return any time I need to stop at BGY.

We loved our stay! We arrived late at night and we found exactly what we needed- a comfy bed, clean room and a self-service bar and snacks on reception. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast on the next morning was amazing!

Loved hotel restaurant. We arrived late after flight and decided to dine in, were suprised of wonderful food. It was not fancy or anything like that but well prepared and tasty. Even kids were happy. We managed to get Spritz that was not on menu. Chicken was great and local pasta even better! Hotel was great considering cheap price, we got 2 separated kids beds in sort of family room addition to proper adults bed. Will stay again if I need to be close to airport

Great location, amazing service and staff. Very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't had the chance to eat there, but there was a free coffee and tea before our flight (early in the morning). The hotel offers a drive service to the airport next by (Bergamo) in a low price and every half hour.

INCREÍBLE, esa es la palabra. Llegamos tarde (sobre la 1 de la madrugada)de un vuelo desde Bulgaria y queríamos dormir en el aeropuerto ya que al día siguiente viajábamos a las 8 de la mañana, pero debido al frío nos quisimos coger una habitación para echar una cabezadita. Tuve un problema al pagar con la tarjeta de crédito y no tenía efectivo, la chica, la cual hablaba español (cosa que se agradece) se preocupó de una forma muy efusiva por mi y mi pareja, los cuales estábamos sin energía después de todo el día cogiendo aviones. Tuve que llamar al banco, y desde que me solucionaron el problema hasta que pude pagar pasó una media hora. En todo momento, la chica de recepción nos dio conversación y nos ayudó y nos tranquilizó diciéndonos que tuviésemos paciencia, que no me preocupase, que ella nos esperaba el tiempo que hiciese falta.Hace falta más gente con la actitud de esta chica, por mi parte y la de mi pareja, un auténtico 10!!!

Hotel is situated 15-20 min walking distance from airport, if You need shuttle- You ll pay extra. Nice stuff, but administration made it all with extra payment. So feeling was like little cheated- high price, many extra services to pay.

Perfecto para cuando llegas tarde de tu vuelo. Habitación muy amplia y muy limpia. Quizás el desayuno algo escaso pero bien para ser un hotel de "paso"

Una expectacular terraza, un ambiente muy agradable desde la entrada al hotel, me gusta descansar allí siempre y viajar al dia siguiente, justo en frente a 7 minutos caminando al aeropuerto, vale la pena un descanso así.

Buen hotel, las habitaciones son confortables y están equipadas con lo básico aunque podrían tener más comodidades. El desayuno bueno y con variedad, debido al covid el mismo era servido uno a uno lo que demoraba un poco la atención, los empleados muy amables pero deberían poner más personal porque se juntaba mucha gente esperando a que le sirvieran. También se deberían indicar mejor el camino desde el aeropuerto si se va a pie, era tarde, estaba oscuro y no era claro.

Sin estar lleno el precio por una sola noche al menos a mí me ha costado 120 € habitación, muy normal los productos del baño escasos, Internet súper lento y si quieres que vaya rápido tienes que pagar coma no hay agua en la habitación y si la quieres la tienes que pagar, parecía más un hostel en el sentido de que todo era de pago pero aprecio hotel de 4 estrellas, sin nada especial. Su categoría real 2 Estrellas.
