This is a beautiful place to stay and I want to make that very clear. The rooms were spotless and the service at the front desk was wonderful except for this one time regarding our little poodle. Don't know if I'll be going that way again but if we ever do we promise to try it again and hope that you do take small dogs, especially the ones like ours.
Imagine our disappointment(my significant other was exhausted from the day of driving.
Then .. they wouldn't let our toy Poodle stay this time! Last year was no problem. We looked so forward to staying here and had to check into another hotel and it wasn't as nice.

Just wanted to add to this post. Lots of couples and families are taking road trips instead of flying. This is because of their love for their fur babies. This is an excellent place to stay and we pre- plan our stops. Being told at check-in that you no longer accept small dogs was devastating. Last year you fell in love with our toy poodle. Just saying - Don't mind paying the extra. Your policy needs to be known - thank you.

Eu recomendo contra ficar aqui. Reservei uma suíte king para 3 hóspedes com acesso ao clube m.ESTAR CIENTE!!!!! Os sofás NÃO são divãs. O clube M está fechado nos fins de semana. Além disso, eles só lhe darão dois vouchers de café da manhã, não importa quantas pessoas estejam hospedadas.O WiFi diz que vai cobrar, o que é uma loucura para um hotel.O quarto era muito bom e razoavelmente limpo. Mas nunca mais volto.

Recomendaría no quedarse aquí. Reservé una suite king para 3 huéspedes con acceso al club m.TENGA EN CUENTA!!!!! Los sofás NO son camas plegables. El club M está cerrado los fines de semana. Además, solo le darán dos vales de desayuno sin importar cuántas personas se alojen.El WiFi dice que te cobrará, lo cual es una locura para un hotel.La habitación era muy bonita y razonablemente limpia. Pero nunca volveré.

Liguei para o hotel na quarta-feira para cancelar nossa estadia de sexta à noite, mas ainda queria manter nossa reserva de sábado. Este hotel fracasó en CADA oportunidad de brindar un buen servicio al cliente. Llamé al hotel el miércoles para cancelar nuestra estadía del viernes por la noche, pero aún quería mantener nuestra reserva del sábado. This hotel failed at EVEY opportunity to give good customer service. I called the hotel on Wednesday to cancel our Friday night stay but still wanted keep our Saturday reservation. This was group rate for a sports team and the assistant manager stated he couldn't cancel my Friday stay stating that according to the team contract it states changes must be made at least 3 days before the first night, 3 days! I asked him to send me a copy of the agreement and in that agreement there was NO wording stating 3 or even 1 day was required to make a change. I was forwarded to the sales manager to discuss this situation and after much discussion she stated she could change it but I would have to pay $229 + tax for the Saturday night stay when the online rate for this hotel was listed at $169, clearly gouging me. She stated $229 is the going rate in the area as there are many activities going on in the DesMoines area, keep in mind that this is not a high end hotel. Spoke again with the assistant manager and he finally gave me the online rate for a 1 night stay. THEN we checked into the hotel on Saturday and they stated they were having plumbing issues and couldn't give us our original 2 bed reservation and put us in a 1 bed with a pull out. Is this a coincidence? Who knows but am VERY disappointed in the management, the sales manager and this hotel. Beware

Mal posso esperar para sair pela manhã.A recepção decidiu me assediar sobre a assinatura de um contrato de animal de estimação enquanto minhas mãos estavam obviamente ocupadas. Joguei uma folha de papel na minha frente sem explicar nada, onde assinar ou para quê. Eles aparentemente ignoraram a nota que mencionei sobre ter um animal de estimação na reserva, e Deus os livre de não receberem sua taxa absurda de animal de estimação.

Dismal customer service. Can't wait to leave in the morning.Front desk decided to harass me about signing a pet agreement while my hands were obviously full. Threw a sheet of paper infront of me without explaining any of it, where to sign or what for. They apparently ignored the note I mentioned about having a pet on the reservation, and God forbid they don't get their absurd pet fee.

Booked a night for my daughter who had been traveling cross country for several days. I wanted to ensure she had a comfortablequiet roomI where she could get a good nights sleep.I spoke to Miranda, who couldn’t have been sweeter. She assured me my daughter would be well taken care of, and would make an extra effort to ensure she had everything she needed. My daughter had a wonderful night stay; not only was she very comfortable, said the room was great. In addition,she was able to have a great breakfast (and being vegan that isn’t always easy when traveling.) Thanks for going above and beyond, Miranda!

I can really only speak about the food there. My parents had a room and said it was nice. The food... was very good, especially the Flatbreads. They definitely load up those dishes, in a good way. Would recommend if you're staying there.

Small conference room. Hors d'oeuvres were served by waiters / waitresses that didn't serve to everyone. Only one person serving at each of the bars. We had our salads and one line of tables wasn't served bread. This hotel wasn't ready for our company to have a 6 hour meeting.
