“O serviço foi extremamente ruim quando tentei ligar para receber a tarifa GOV / Militar para mim e 2 outras pessoas que trabalharão no aeroporto JFK por uma noite. Primeira chamada, fui rapidamente transferido pela recepção do hotel para as reservas antes que eu pudesse fazer minha pergunta. Na segunda tentativa, consegui entrar em contato com o gerente de vendas, que geralmente é muito atencioso e pode adicionar / remover a quantidade de quartos de tarifa GOV disponíveis. Eu fiz minha pergunta à qual ela respondeu "Bem, você verificou nosso site?" ao que respondi "sim, mas não vi nenhum..." e fui interrompido com um "Bom, então não temos" e desliguei. Nos últimos 3 anos, acumulei 204 noites e status de titânio e nunca experimentei um serviço tão terrível e falta de profissionalismo da gerência do hotel.”

“Service was extremely poor when I attempted to call in about receiving GOV/ Military rate for myself and 2 others who will be working out of JFK Airport for one night. First call I was quickly transferred by the hotels front desk to reservations before I could ask my question. Second attempt, I managed to get through to the sales manager who are usually very accommodating and are able to add/ remove the amount of available GOV rate rooms. I asked my question to which she answered " Well, did you check our website?" to which I responded "yes, but I didn't see any..." and I was cut off with a "Well then we don't have it" and then hung up. In the last 3 years I have accumulated 204 nights and titanium status and never have experienced such terrible service and unprofessionalism from hotel management.”
