Tivemos a oportunidade de ficar neste hotel. No geral, teve seus altos e baixos. Mas eu recomendaria!Pontos positivos: vista, localização, funcionários, bares, piscina e área externa. Eles têm picolés diariamente às 12h e às 14h. Quarto espetacular, vista nem se fala de tão linda!!! Ficamos ( 5 pessoas) em um ap com três quartos Cozinha super completa Banheiros enormes, com tv, banheira….. Iríamos ficar um dia e estendemos mais 4dias!!!!! Equipe mto atenciosa, os meninos do valet são incríveis!!!! Do vou dar 4 no atendimento pq teve uma senhora que atendia no café da manhã que era meio mal humorada

Viajeros, después de ir al Hot Springs warm, nos fuimos a esta maravilla de lugar.Hyatt Regency Sarasota, mi sensibilidad energética se deslumbró,El hotel es confortable, no es moderno pero se siente acogedor, su vista es espectacular, muy cerca al mar, pude meditar en la madrugada, ver el amanecer,se puede tomar servicio de kyat y otros. La comida es excelente , cena muy deliciosa pedimos ensalada y champiñones! Fue bueno, y el desayuno me encantó; bufet y adicional tomé extracto zanahoria natural, buenas frutas, panes, waffles, croissants, aromática, cafecito, huevos! Fue genial, hay precios mas bajos, cerca pero no en esta zona de arte, puedes caminar hay vista al mar! No lo dudes, mi familia muy contenta, había muchos niños y muy buena atención. Promoted as being on the water which is not accurate... it's on a narrow channel with a dock. But other than that, the room was nice, clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable, bedding inviting and overall comfortable. Pool was too full with kids and not enough chairs around the pool. It would be nice if there were 2 people at the food hut at the poolside. The lady working there wavery efficient but seemed to be overworked even though she had a smile on all the time. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. Overall, it had its ups and downs. But I would recommend it!Positives: view, location, staff, bars, pool and outside area. They have popsicles daily at 12pm and 2pm. Pool area is awesomeNegatives: a bit dated decor, beds are extremely firm and the AC was barley working.It was so hot all night. We put the AC on 69 and we were sweating. It’s almost as of it didn’t turn on fully.Overall it was pretty good. That staff was very accommodating. You can’t beat the location and the marina view

Stay was a good time. Parts of the hotel do seem dated. Staff are 5 stars. Pool area was great. What I liked less is hotel had a convention and a cheer group event during my dates. They used the common space that at times took away from use of those not part of the events.. such as lobby seating area. Wish it was different. They have activities to do off site but what I would have liked is a good shuttle program to other areas or the beach. I did see a shuttle to a restaurant if you wanted to leave to eat.
While mentioning food it's a bit limited. When I looked for dinner I noticed half the menu was same as offered at the pool.
We had a mid sized car rental if your going into downtown get a car as small as you can.
Great beaches and restaurants easy drive to visit.

Tem um grande lobby com janelas de vidro viradas para a marina. Há uma taxa diária de hotel, que eles fornecerão bicicletas, varas de pescar, pranchas de paddle e caiaques para brincar. Você também pode atracar seu barco com uma taxa. O estacionamento é extra diário. A piscina em si é incrível, enorme, com uma cachoeira. the hotel itself is a bit dated with carpet. It has a great lobby with glass windows facing marina. There's a daily hotel fee, which they will provide bicycles, fishing rods, paddle boards and kayaks to play with. You can also dock your boat as well with a fee. Parking is extra daily. The pool itself is awesome, huge, with a waterfall. Great location near downtown, 12 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. There's a nearby wholefoods as well. Overall a great stay for the location and amenities.

O hotel foi ótimo. Minha esposa e eu estávamos passando algum tempo muito necessário para relaxar. O gerente da recepção, Serena, se certificou de que fomos atendidos. Eles entregaram lanches e garrafas de água no nosso quarto logo depois que chegamos e vieram limpar todos os dias. Tivemos um problema que trouxemos para a recepção e eles pediram desculpas por esses funcionários e nos deram 2 vouchers para bebidas. Ficaria aqui novamente.

The hotel was great. My wife and I were spending some much needed time relaxing. The front desk manager, Serena, made sure we were taken care of. They delivered snacks and bottled waters to our room shortly after we arrived and came to clean every day. We had one issue that we brought up to the front desk and they apologized for those employees and gave us 2 drink vouchers. Would stay here again.

Do not let my three star rating discourage you from visiting this Hyatt Regency location. You will receive five star service from check in to check out and that's what will make your stay pleasant. The location offers a beautiful view of the marina. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel decor is extremely dated. I just didn't get that feeling of being in a "luxury" hotel. The rooms offers all the amenities (robes, slippers, coffee, tea, toiletries). I read s company purchased the hotel and they plan to build another luxury hotel on the site. I enjoyed my stay and will continue staying at Hyatt properties

O nosso quarto era limpo, mas urgentemente necessário remodelação e definitivamente não estava à altura dos padrões habituais do Hyatt. Nosso cara de check-in e o atendente de caiaque/marina foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. As outras pessoas da recepção que conhecemos, nem tanto. Estacionamento sem manobrista foi difícil com eventos acontecendo durante a nossa curta estadia. Na localização, este Hyatt realmente tem muito potencial para ser um destino bem avaliado, mas tem muito trabalho a fazer.

Our room was clean but badly needed refurbishing and definitely wasn't up to usual Hyatt standards. Our check-in guy and the kayak/marina attendant were very friendly and helpful. The other front desk folks we met, not so much.Self parking was difficult with events going on during our short stay. In the location, this Hyatt really has a ton of potential to be a top rated destination but it has a lot of work to do.

Tivemos a oportunidade de ficar aqui no final de março de 2022. Foi uma boa experiência geral. O quarto era limpo e bem definido. Excelente vista da varanda também. Toda a equipe foi acolhedora e extremamente paciente e amigável. Fomos para o café-da-manhã no restaurante principal do lobby e tivemos um brunch fabuloso que eu recomendo para quem quer ficar aqui. Nós realmente também gostamos muito que o estacionamento sem manobrista era muito perto do hotel. Parecia um lugar seguro para estar dentro e ao redor do hotel. Meu único contra é em relação à Hurricane Hut… as bebidas pareciam ser fracas e cheias de açúcar e a comida não era super gostosa. No entanto, o serviço foi excelente e as porções eram grandes. Mais uma vez, uma boa experiência geral. Eu totalmente ficarei aqui novamente se alguma vez voltarmos a Sarasota!

Needs some love. We had the opportunity to stay here for what we felt, before and after our stay was a very reasonable price. I have seen the regency go for way higher and if I were to pay that rate to stay here I’d probably feel a bit different about my review. Pros: It’s a nice hotel very easy parking for guest with vehicles. Easy access and avoids detour construction areas like the Ritz a block away. Very cool pool with huge rock feature great for families who want to soak up some sunshine. Cons: rooms are dated, need some tlc. Rooms looked a bit tired, slight mildew smell from bathroom as well. During our stay the door lock mechanism broke so we had to stand outside of our room and wait for maintenance. Which I understand happens and maintenance personnel was so quick and friendly but sadly the hotel staff at the desk just said “stand by your door and wait” and didn’t seem apologetic about the situation nor provide adequate accommodation or empathy which seems like poor service for a nice brand like Hyatt regency. Another weird one is the lobby bar doesn’t open till fairly late in the afternoon, we would daily see people waiting around for the bar to open. Seems like a revenue machine if they could open that up a bit earlier. Overall for a very fair price it’s a decent hotel option, but I would start to explore for others on my next visit to the area.

We had the opportunity to stay here at the end of March 2022. It was an overall good experience. The room was clean and well laid out. Great balcony view as well. All of the staff was accommodating and extremely patient and friendly. We went to breakfast in the main lobby restaurant and had a fabulous brunch that I would highly recommend to anyone staying here. We really also really liked that the self parking was very close to the hotel. It felt like a safe place to be in and around the hotel. My only con is in regard to the Hurricane Hut… the drinks seemed to be weak and full of sugar and the food was not super yummy. However, the service was excellent and the portions were large. Again, an overall good experience. I will totally be staying here again if we ever return to Sarasota!

Não acho que este Hyatt entenda o que significa sem glúten. Paramos para comer no restaurante ao lado da piscina em nosso caminho para o sul da Flórida. O menu listava alguns itens como “sem glúten”, por isso paramos aqui. Perguntei à garçonete se os itens são preparados separadamente e me disseram que sim. Pedi um taco frio com queijo e molho, para não precisar ser grelhado. Minha avó pediu o aperitivo de homus que estava marcado como “sem glúten”. Depois de esperar alguns minutos, o gerente me disse que os tacos estavam todos contaminados com glúten. Estou muito satisfeito por ela ter me informado. Ela nos disse que reembolsaria o taco, mas não conseguiu fornecer nenhum recibo por algum motivo. O prato de homus supostamente gratuito sem glúten foi servido com chips pita de trigo! Fiquei chocado, como um restaurante poderia fazer isso!

I don’t think this Hyatt understands what gluten-free means. We stopped by to eat at the poolside restaurant on our way down to southern Florida. The menu listed some items as “gluten free” which is why we stopped here. I asked the waitress if the items are prepared separately and I was told that they were. I ordered a cold taco with cheese and salsa, so that it would not need to be grilled. My grandmother ordered the hummus appetizer which was marked as “gluten free”. After waiting a few minutes the manager told me that the tacos were all contaminated with gluten. I am very pleased that she informed me. She told us that she would refund the taco but couldn’t provide any receipt for some reason. The supposedly gluten free hummus dish was served with wheat pita chips! I was appalled, how could a restaurant do that!

Belo hotel e serviço excelente. Eu sou um Hyatt Globalist e cheguei ao hotel de um vôo por volta das 10h. Foi imediatamente acomodado e atualizado para um quarto com varanda.A comodidade de boas-vindas foi uma garrafa de vinho e alguns biscoitos de limão locais que foram excelentes.A varanda era um ótimo local para sentar e desfrutar da bela brisa de inverno da Flórida.Sara na recepção foi fenomenal.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. I am a Hyatt Globalist and I arrived at the hotel from a flight at about 10am. Was immediately accommodated and upgraded to a room with balcony.
Welcome amenity was a bottle of Wine and some local key lime cookies which were great.
The balcony was great spot to sit and take in the beautiful Florida winter breeze.
Sara at the front desk was phenomenal.

Fiquei aqui algumas vezes para desfrutar do centro. As vistas do quarto são fantásticas. Há muito o que fazer no hotel e a piscina é super legal. A área de treino precisa de uma atualização (e talvez uma sauna seca ou a vapor), mas esse é o único ponto negativo real.

Stayed here a few times to enjoy downtown. The views from the room is fantastic. There is a bunch to do in the hotel and the pool is super nice. The workout area needs an update (and maybe a sauna or steam room), but that is the only real negative.

Só participei de uma reunião aqui ... As salas de reuniões foram dimensionadas de acordo com o número de participantes. Excelente accoustics sem ruído observado de fora da sala. A temperatura era confortável, embora algumas pessoas usassem um suéter leve.Os banheiros públicos eram limpos e de fácil acesso. Only participated in a meeting here...
Meeting rooms were sized great for number of participants. Excellent accoustics with no noise noted from outside of room. Temperature was comfortable, although a few people wore a light sweater.
Public restrooms were clean and easily accessible.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
I was able to find excellent parking, probably because I arrived 45 minutes before the meeting.

Definitivamente no volvería a este hotel, la atención muy mediocre, cobran por todo extra hasta 50 dólares diarios por si se dana algo en la habitación y las cosas ya dañadas, estuve 4 días hospedada y no hubo servicio de limpieza supuestamente por la pandemia y el hotel a reventar la piscina no tenía un control de cuanta gente tenía que estar. No me parece q lo q cobran sea acorde al hotel, en la piscina nos querían cobrar de más, si uno quiere utilizar una de las camas de la piscina cobran extra, es ridículo

En general fue bueno pero existe mucho ruido en la habitaciónse escuchan los pasos del piso de arriba y eso no permitió que descansaremos bien

La ubicación es excelente, tanto de ocio como de trabajo. Se encuentra muy céntrico en la ciudad y a pasos de la marina. La playa Lido Beach,que es maravillosa, se encuentra a 5 minutos en auto. Muy buenas habitaciones y excelentes camas para descansar luego de un largo día.

ambiente relajado,los empleados alegres con exelente predisposición, opciones de parking cubierto gratis, después de pasar por muchos hoteles me doy cuenta que te cobran la habitación barata y después sos reen del valet parking y de los servicios pagos ,no es el caso del Hyatt
