“Son muy amables en el front desk, especialmente la Sra Lissa. Y todo el servicio muy amables.Pero el hotel en las habitaciones necesita más silencio, se filtra mucho la luz y el ruido, más apertura en los canales de tv y el servicio al cuarto tarda más de 2 hr. Para una,toalla limpia, papel higiénicos o una almohada.”

“To be honest, spend a little more and stay at the Hyatt regency down the road. Hyatt place is a dump. Our room was dirty, there is almost no sound deadening so you hear all the hustle and bustle of the alley/street next to the hotel.
Only thing it has going for it is a good location otherwise this hotel isnt worth it's price and is more similar to a motel 6 than a Hyatt property anywhere else.
Edit: forgot to mention that the staff are helpful and courteous as well.”
