I've booked at least 32 nights at this hotel over the past 2 years and typically have a good experience. However, the front desk staff is really lacking when it comes to confirming reservations and then following through on those reservations.Over a month before my stay I reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights each and requested those rooms be adjoining. I've done this time after time with no issue for the past 2 years. I even called the morning of my reservation and confirmed that the rooms would be adjoining.I arrived at the hotel a few hours later only to be told that my rooms are not adjoining and there's nothing they could do about it. I was told that I must have called the wrong number when I confirmed earlier that morning. I know this seems like a minor issue and it might be for some, but when you book something, have it confirmed, and then are told that they won't be accommodating your request upon arrival, that's a horrible problem. Room was large, spacious, clean and stocked for long stay as advertised. Bed was comfortable, not too hard or soft either way. My only issue is the shower in the room. Shower head was like getting spread with a food service sink head, was fixed and not on a hose like other showerheads, and that the tile may be better served in the shower if it had grip tape. Room was large, spacious, clean and stocked for long stay as advertised. Bed was comfortable, not too hard or soft either way. My only issue is the shower in the room. Shower head was like getting spread with a food service sink head, was fixed and not on a hose like other showerheads, and that the tile may be better served in the shower if it had grip tape.

we were impressed with the stay. first time staying at a hyatt property and we chose this because it was close to Arc Music Festival (like a mile away, but still walking distance and not in the city) and it was really good. staff was great. location in correlation to what we were in town for, and other tourist activities, were really good.

Oh, the breakfast. The food itself was fine, and if you made it down early enough it was easy enough to grab some and eat. But after about 7:45 AM or so, a line would start building and eventually it'd take 15+ minutes to get through the line for a relatively standard hotel breakfast (buffet-style, nothing that was made to order by the staff.) It'd take 5+ minutes for an empty dish to be restocked, and one time we waited over 5 minutes for them to grab a spoon for the eggs! If you're expecting to be able to get a quick breakfast, be down there right away when they open as that's your best chance to avoid the lines.If/when they get their breakfast situation more solid, it'd be a great hotel for its class and price point. But the breakfast issues are a huge downfall, and so anyone staying here should factor that into their decision making. O hotel em si é bastante agradável. When trying to check in all 3 front desk attendants were apparently needed to help one family. I was ignored for over 20 mins . Than I got up to my room I booked a suite by that way and it was right across from the elevators and the ice machine. Every time someone got ice which continued will until 1am it woke me up. At almost 300 a night it wasn’t worth it. I would have rather stayed downtown and got better service. Also it’s two hotels in one and there are not enough elevators and parking isn’t clear at all.
