Localizado em área tranquila e silenciosa, tem boas opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Possui muito boa infraestrutura para eventos de pequeno porte e otimo café da manhã. Funcionários educados e muito atenciosos.

No geral, a experiência neste Homewood foi muito boa, era o Hilton mais próximo da casa de nossos amigos em MD. Fizemos o check-in pelo aplicativo, então realmente não tivemos que fazer nenhum contato com a equipe até que o recurso de desbloqueio da porta no aplicativo não funcionasse. Então tivemos que ir buscar um cartão-chave normal. O quarto estava limpo, os aparelhos estavam limpos, a pia de fundo aberto estava um pouco inacabada, mas ei, você não está morando lá. Overall the experience at this Homewood was pretty good, it was closest Hilton to our friends house in MD. We checked in via the app so we really didn't have to make any contact with staff until the unlock feature for the door on the app didn't work. So we had to go and get a regular key card. The room was clean, the appliances were clean, the open bottom sink was a little unfinished but hey you aren't living there. Some of the furniture was dinged up and definitely could've been replaced but again not dirty or a deal breaker. The bed was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was clean but seemed to have a little mold in the corners but 8 didn't take any samples to test so it could be just dirt but still very obvious and should be attended to. The breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing, where is the waffle maker ?? Every hotel on the planet has one but this one. 😞 I had to settle for a bagel which was ok. Overall the location was clean, there are restaurants across the street, TGIFridays, Bob Evans and Olive garden so if you don't have car you aren't completely stuck. We would definitely stay here again if we come back and visit.

Thanks to the sales event coordinators Helisa and Destiny, my twins were able to have a memorable 10th birthday pool party/sleepover.They assisted me when I had a last minute cancelation with another hotel. Their creativity and flexibility allowed my twins to have an enjoyable experience.I am forever grateful for how they stepped in to ensure the celebration went off without issue.

The desk lamp did not work, the smoke detector backup battery was missing as it was left open and empty. The worst part is that under UV light the carpets were so stained either from human or pet, as it is pet friendly, that first room i moved from. Second wasnt much better, put towels down to walk on floor from bed to tiled bathroom floor. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The service at this hotel is great and it's right off several major roads that will get you to most places in Columbia in about 10 minutes.My biggest complaint is that there is nowhere to put garbage so everyone dumps it next to undersized cans in the hallway. This in of itself isn't a big deal (seeing a stack of trash right outside your room isn't great though) but it attracted fruit flies which then got into our room. Every time we ate food in our room, there were fruit flies buzzing around and that was *really* off-putting. Given that they only clean your room once every 5 days (i.e. empty your trash) and lots of people get carry-out, I have no idea what the hotel's plan is/was to deal with guest trash. I brought the garbage/flies up to the front desk and they commented they really hated having the trash cans in the hallways... if those weren't there, what are guests supposed to do?!?The other minor gripe is the free evening social was reduced from 4 nights/week to once a week. The hotel claims it's because of COVID (you'd never guess there were COVID concerns walking around the hotel) but it's clearly just a case of skimpflation.

This is a very busy location that is starting to show its age. It's conveniently located, but I'm going to need to find a different place to stay. I've been coming here every few months for a couple years-and any excuses I could come up with to justify it were used up in the first two years of the pandemic... Now they just need to get their act together. Hopefully they will pay a little bit better attention to guest services, and repairing/replacing surface wear.

Bom hotel, não muito que posso dizer. Se hospedado por 6 noites.O quarto era limpo e não era muito barulhento. As únicas coisas que eu podia ouvir do meu quarto eram crianças gritando do lado de fora e dribles de basquete (havia uma pequena quadra de basquete). O café da manhã foi um pouco repetitivo, mas é gratuito com a sua estadia, então não posso reclamar.Os trabalhadores de lá levaram a bola de basquete do meu irmão, embora ele dissesse que era dele. Good hotel, not much that I can say. Stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean and it wasn't too loud. The only things that I could hear from my room was little kids screaming outside and basketball dribbles (there was a small basketball court). The breakfast was a bit repetitive, but it is free with your stay so I can't complain. The workers there took my brother's basketball even though he said it was his. Half the employees are good for nothing. This orginally was going to be a 4-5 star review, but it is a 3 🤨

we had a two bedroom suite so it was roomy enough. the ice maker was not turned on and there was no ice maker on our floor so that was a hassle the TV remote was impossible to use was very strange. this is only in the common space between the two bedrooms I think the king size bed in one of the rooms needs to be replaced it's great that they're ceiling fans in the bedrooms. the bathroom was decent but the small space between the toilet and shower made it a tight fit
