“I would give 0 stars if I could. I am staying here as the bus driver for a cheer team and when I was given my room keys, the front desk associate informed me that the window in my room was busted, but they didn’t think I would mind since “all drivers do is sleep when you are here and don’t spend anytime in the room…but don’t worry we made sure it’s nice and cold for you.” General manager told me that he made the decision to put me in that room because”I’m over booked, and well I had to put someone in there…so I told them to put you in it since all you do is sleep in it.” He then informed me that the window was a” hurricane window” and would be okay even with the hole in it and tape holding it in spots to keep it from shattering any more.”
