“This hotel is marketed as a 4.5 star hotel, I'm really struggling to see why when the superior room is $800 and it is exactly the same as the $400 Marsden Viaduct hotel room.
They say it has a "Juliet Balcony" (unuseable) it was barely 30cm wide, "City views" of the city bus depot, A "marble bathroom" it had a small shelf made of marble.
There was vomit on the wall above the toilet and some other strange looking thing on the sliding door.
I had really high expectations for an $800 a night room and this experience is one of my worst.
The only positive were the friendly staff
We won't be back and I would suggest if your looking for a nice room, try the QT or the Cordis instead, you will get your money worth from either of them.”

“Stayed here a couple times on different occasions. Love the views from the suites here and how quiet it is when you close the doors. They’re equipped with small kitchens and great bathrooms and comfy beds. TVs have Netflix and there’s enough space to not feel cramped.”
