Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Street noise was louder than I expected but no interior noise, except for an occasional elevator cycle. No internet TV, and small fitness center, but they let me use the one nextdoor which is well equipped for a hotel. Funcionários muito simpáticos e quartos confortáveis. O ruído da rua era mais alto do que eu esperava, mas nenhum ruído interior, exceto por um ciclo ocasional de elevador. Sem internet TV, e pequeno centro de fitness, mas eles me deixam usar o ao lado que está bem equipado para um hotel.

It was an excellent stay for a conference with the convention center within walkable distance. The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. The staff are the best here! They were welcoming and nice. I forgot my coat in the closet and they kept it safe and returned it quickly when I came back for it. Perfect place to stay in Houston! O café da manhã também foi ótimo. A equipe é a melhor aqui! Eles foram acolhedores e agradáveis. Esqueci meu casaco no armário e eles o guardaram em segurança e o devolveram rapidamente quando voltei para pegá-lo. Lugar perfeito para ficar em Houston!

Absolutely the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Rooms were disgusting! Sheets/curtains/carpet/shower curtain/couch were all full of stains! Shower curtain appeared to have urine stains along the bottoms. Curtains in living room looked as if someone threw up all over them. We were originally on the 3rd floor and my daughter bedroom window was open and would not lock or close! This is extremely dangerous. The tv in her room did not work. We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. Dishwasher was not attached to the wall. The oven was disgusting as if it was never cleaned. I called maintenance and a wonderful man came to check out all of our issues. He was in shock and said they should have never sold us this room. While he was in our room my 4 year old was using the bathroom and the toilet paper holder came right off the wall! It was one problem after another. Maintenance called back and said we would be switching rooms. We packed up all of our stuff for myself, husband, 3 daughters and dog. Moved to floor 10. That room was not ready. Beds not made and pots and pans on counters. They quickly discovered the put us in another wrong room so we moved again! New room slightly better….the dishwasher was attached and all windows were secured. This is hotel also claims to be pet friendly……there is not grass or relief area for blocks!!! Homeless people were camped right out front all day long. The only accommodations they gave us was $20.00 off valet per day. We are home now and they still have a $500.00 hold on my credit card. Absolutely the worst experience!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!!!! Absolutamente a pior experiência de hotel que já tivemos. Os quartos eram nojentos! Lençóis/cortinas/tapete/cortina de chuveiro/sofá estavam todos cheios de manchas! Cortina do chuveiro parecia ter manchas de urina ao longo do fundo. As cortinas da sala pareciam como se alguém tivesse vomitado em cima delas. Estávamos originalmente no 3º andar e a janela do quarto da minha filha estava aberta e não trancava ou fechava! Isso é extremamente perigoso. A tv do quarto dela não funcionava. Tivemos uma suíte de 2 quartos com cozinha completa. Máquina de lavar louça não foi anexada à parede. O forno era nojento como se nunca tivesse sido limpo. Liguei para a manutenção e um homem maravilhoso veio verificar todos os nossos problemas. Ele ficou em choque e disse que eles nunca deveriam ter nos vendido este quarto. Enquanto ele estava em nosso quarto, meu filho de 4 anos estava usando o banheiro e o suporte de papel higiênico saiu da parede! Era um problema atrás do outro. A manutenção ligou de volta e disse que mudaríamos de quarto. Arrumamos todas as nossas coisas para mim, marido, 3 filhas e cachorro. Movido para o 10º andar. Aquele quarto não estava pronto. Camas não feitas e panelas e frigideiras em balcões. Eles rapidamente descobriram que nos colocaram em outro quarto errado, então nos mudamos novamente! Novo quarto um pouco melhor….a máquina de lavar louça foi anexada e todas as janelas foram protegidas. Este é o hotel também afirma ser pet friendly……não há grama ou área de alívio para blocos!!! Os sem-teto ficavam acampados na frente o dia todo. As únicas acomodações que eles nos deram foi de US$ 20,00 de desconto com manobrista por dia. Estamos em casa agora e eles ainda têm uma retenção de $ 500,00 no meu cartão de crédito. Absolutamente a pior experiência!!! Faça um favor a si mesmo e evite este hotel!!!!

Had a hard time getting the blinds to completely block the light to watch tv. O café-da-manhã não foi tão amplo como outros Marriott que já estivemos. Cortes talvez? Artigos de toalete de cortesia do banheiro mesmo negócio. Apenas shampoo, condicionador e sabonete em barra. Cama era muito boa. Foi difícil conseguir que as persianas bloqueassem completamente a luz para assistir à TV.

Good (4/5 stars) hotel all around, the only issues being the breakfast was fairly lacking in selection and the location had a lot of homeless around although such likely cannot be helped in most urban areas such as Houston or Los Angeles.

Very clean.This is an older hotel but it didn't feel like it.The rooms were spacious.The staff was really friendly.The breakfast was fresh and basic.I would stay here again.The Houston Police Department is right across the street. Great access to restaurants and most were in walking distance. Muito limpo. Este é um hotel antigo, mas não parecia. Os quartos eram espaçosos. A equipe foi muito simpática. O café da manhã era fresco e básico. Gostaria de ficar aqui novamente. O Departamento de Polícia de Houston fica do outro lado da rua. Ótimo acesso a restaurantes e a maioria ficava a uma curta caminhada.

Very clean and comfortable. Probably the best value in downtown. $256 for 2 nights in queen suite with full kitchen. Room was immaculate, slept great in the bed. Good breakfast with lots of options.

The staff here is very nice but if I’m being honest the front desk employees are rather incompetent. I had food thrown away in the first week of my month long stay. They offered to compensate me however would not return this in the form of cash, but bonvoy points. The bonvoy points did not even equate to the cost of the food thrown away. Imagine someone throws away your $50 sunglasses and will only offer to return you a $30 pair of shoes. It makes no sense. In addition, they misrepresented their incidental charges, telling me they capped out at $350, only to continue charging me $50 per day. Finally, they charged the entirely wrong card for parking. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff is very nice. Their fitness center is literally a rack of dumbbells, a bench, and three pieces of cardio equipment.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación si quieres moverte en tren o en bus, hay cerca una tienda para comprar comida y algunos restaurantes también. No sé si sea por la pandemia pero a mi me tocó que la unica entrada era por la recepción del Courtyard. Además, por restricciones de salud, el desayuno en lugar de ser buffet era un grab-and-go bastante malo: un plain bagel, una mini botella de agua y un botecito de fruta en almíbar. Me quedé en el cuarto con cama Queen y un sofá cama y estaba muy cómodo y limpio. Habitación muy amplia y muy cómoda la cama. La cocina está suficientemente bien equipada aunque la parrilla no es muy buena, batallé un poco para preparar comida porque no calentaba uniformemente el sartén. Un plus es que tiene tina el baño, por si te gusta relajarte al final del día está excelente. No sé si sea por covid pero a mí no me realizaron limpieza en cuarto los días que me hospedé, algo bueno si no te gusta que entren y muevan tus cosas. El personal del hotel muy muy amable, sí recomiendo hospedarte aquí :)

La atención es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy amenas y tienen todo lo necesario para que inclusive puedas cocinar. Tiene pileta, y gimnasio aunque no son muy grandes cumplen su cometido. No te cobran por recibir paquetes de Amazon lo cual me pareció genial. Hay días que tiene happy hour a la tarde con cerveza gratis. El desayuno no me pareció muy completo pero igualmente fue suficiente. Lo recomiendo también por su ubicación porque esta en el downtown.
