Our stay in this hotel was amazing, it's beyond our expectation. We got our rooms for a very good price. You get more than what you paid for. The receptionist, Shalika was very accommodating and friendly. She told us everything that we can have in the hotel. All the staffs are very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. We recommend this to our friends and looking forward for our next stress reliever here.

Eu gostaria de dar 4,5 estrelas! Nossa estadia foi adorável. A instalação é incrível, a praia era muito boa, minha filha adorou o clube infantil, a música ao vivo era muito boa. Acima de tudo, passamos muito tempo na piscina, a temperatura é controlada e estava fresca, limpa e todos os funcionários são simpáticos e oferecem altos padrões de serviço. Meu único comentário onde há uma oportunidade de melhorar é a limpeza, os pratos do café da manhã foram limpos, mas não cheiravam bem. As áreas comuns (ou seja, banheiros da piscina e vestiários ...) não estavam limpas.

Me gustaría dar 4,5 estrellas! Nuestra estancia fue encantadora. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The level of service is great, everything is new and modern. Mini club facilities are suitable for small kids and teens. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the hotel over the weekend. The hotel is new and has good facilities. Although the pool looks big , but in fact most of it is shallow and good for toddlers. Rooms are quite small for the 5*Resort. Food was tasty and fresh. There is a beach club Ula, it is only for adults and has nice pool and beach access. You can eat for lunch and dinner there. It decorated in Mediterranean style and looks super nice.My main concern during stay was a customer service in the hotel. Staff is lacking training and attention to the guest needs. Starting from reception to waiters on the beach.Check in was way too long and inefficient (and I did online check in before coming to the hotel): was no explanation about the property: working hours of the facilities and outlets, location of the outlets, available facilities. We were not offered to open a tap for the room. To deliver our luggage took over 30 min, and was delivered only because we called and had to explain how our bags look like.The restaurant staff is not ready for the full house: not enough staff for the weekends. They all look exhausted and lost. They have no proper communication therefore the information is vary from one person to another about food available at the buffet and prices. Same goes for a dinner buffet. The way they serve as well different form one waiter to another: we have got 2 different ways of serving tea at the same table. One was proper serving with tea pot and spoon and sugar, and another person just got us cold tea in a cup with no spoon. Food itself was good quality.At the pool and beach is not enough personal to serve food and drinks, specially hotel works on all inclusive basis. And once they see that you do not have bracelet for All Inclusive , they care only about how you will pay: cash or credit card. This was the question each waiter would meet the order. And at 5* beach hotel it should not be the case, because people tend to leave all expenses on the room and pay everything at once upon check out. Also we were given wrong information about timing of chocolate hour in the hotel. Only by co-incident during check out we found that it was earlier and not at the time we were given by reception and guest services. Check out was not smooth either. Someone called us to the room and offered poter service to help with luggage. The porter had never arrived and we were informed that it was not booked for us. Why would you bother calling and offering something what you do not intend to do?With all lack of information and communication between departments, I was not informed that it is not allowed to swim in the sea before 7am, I was chased out of the water like a child by 3 persons: Securities and duty manager . It was embarrassing. They said that beach and pool opens at 7am, however none of the mornings of our stay beach or pool was ready to be opened by 7am: -life guards on the beach appears not earlier than 7.20am - cleaning of the pool would finish only by 7.30am and not earlier. - before 7.20-am you can’t get towels because no one is there. - sun beds on the beach are not cleaned and full of sand at 7am. The gentlemen starts cleaning it only after 7.30am.Generally I felt constantly cheated because information and quality of the service would vary from one person to another. The duty manager did not have a good level of customer service skills to resolve the issues during our stay. I would highly recommend to hotel management to invest in good training and improve communication between departments.

Great provisions at starfish kids club Extremely helpful lifeguards particularly on the water gym Great service from the beach house Would have given the hotel a 5 all round if:Service from the hotel for the most part was good however the following areas need enhancements: - check in wait times +35 mins on a Wednesday check in - luggage not all collected from car correctly increasing wait times to access amenities - long wait to access the operator via the phone - resistance towards late check our requests even with 24 hours in advance notice and having to speak to several staff before being given any options. - understaffed at breakfast - ordering challenges / system break down at egg station at breakfast, which lead to repeat order.Look forward to seeing the hotel develop further.

I can say one of the best resort in the UAE! The facilities, the service and the rooms are fantastic! Went there with my friends but the resort caters far more than just for a quick getaway with friends, it is perfect for families with kids facilities, water activities, 2 swimming pools and great dining outlets too. From the time that we checked-in till the time we check-out all our needs were met with a smile. Special mention to Amine, Kristina from Guest Relations, Desiree from the spa, the concierge team and the whole The Market and Ula team. Will definitely come back!

I would want to give 4.5 stars! Our stay was lovely. The facility is amazing, the beach was very nice, my daughter loved the kids club, the live music was really good. Over all we spend a lot of time on the pool, temperature is controlled and it was fresh, clean and all the staff are nice and provided high service standards. My only comment where there is an opportunity to improve is cleanliness, the dishes on the breakfast were cleaned but didn’t smell good. The common areas (i.e pool toilets and changing rooms…) were not clean.

We arrived last Thursday. The Hotel is new, only 1 month as open. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful with incredible views. Breakfast is great! Dinner is awesome! Our children is in love with The Kids Club and it’s staff. The best holidays we ever had! Thank you Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island!

A beautiful beachfront resort with great amenities. Modern and spacious villa with swimming pool. Restaurants offer top quality food, Breakfast selection at The Market is a wow, lunch at the Beach House with sandy floor and dinner at Boons are fabulous. The team are so friendly and can’t do enough to make sure we had an amazing time. Thank you Movenpick team especially Chef Baljit and the spa team Pesiree, Phuntso and Elmira for looking after us. Food is delicious! We were amazed with large buffet variety and too food quality. Beach bar is another unique point to escape during hot summer day and feel still you are at the beach - air conditioned, with the sand-floor and chill vibe.) Looking forward to come back!

Lovely hotel with great staff. We stayed for 2 nights, regretting we didn't book a longer stay. The food: Morning / Midday buffet is overwhelming. So many things to choose from and it all taste great. Dinner: buffet wasn't available, so it was ala carte menu. The veal special is really good. 2nd night I ate the steak. It was a little pricey at 160 AED. However, compliments to the chef, for cooking to perfection (I ordered rare).The rooms were amazing, with a lovely balcony that had a lovely overview.Spa: I had a massage treatment, from an absolute pro. Ordered the sports massage, at first, it didn't really do that much, but intensity increased as the time passed.Pool / Beach: The water on the beach, was actually too hot. On top of that a high concentration of saltwater, which hurt the eyes. That made the pool area the place to be. Two pools, 1 for the really small kids and the other one 1,2 meter. Absolutely lovely and enjoyable!Every single staff was interested in how we were experiencing our stay! We had a fantastic time here!

An amazing beachfront hotel with great amenities. I love the ample open space, beautiful landscape, sandy beach, and the water canal. The property has a lot of offer including a kids play area, nice gym, beautiful swimming pool, beach club, water sports, fancy restaurants and more. We enjoyed our time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is super beautiful, spacious and modern. The staff is super friendly and the yoga sessions are my favorite. I love the beach villas the most, and the beach club is a super fun happy place. Definitely recommend it.

When I'm searching through out the internet my eyes catch on this place. Till I come here I didn't feel that much please to come here. But once I reached I cannot believe it, I was surprised...
