“Very nice hotel and good location. The lobby and entrance are quite impressive, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious (but also very expensive). What I really liked is that the rooms have a balcony, but I found that the shower was a little broken and didn't work properly all the times.”

“One of the big building. The hotel looks nice from outside and the reception is nice. The hotel is in a great spot near the English Garden, so location is not bad. The rooms are big. However, they are not well taken care of. The tv in my room did not work properly, the room was not that clean and the hot water was not working. Had to take a shower with ice cold water at 12 am. The phone in the bathroom was broken. Overall, owners need to take better care of a great facility.”
