The beds The parking was awful. They told us to park at Harrah's. They said that it was $30 for 24hours. We got there Sunday at 12:45, and left Monday at 12:30. They charged us $60. They said that it went hourly rate. I was lied to and I wont do that again.

Excellent location - walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Room was next to the elevators with loud guests arriving at all hours of the night. The room next-door had loud children. Asked by the staff - via *text* - how my first night was, I mentioned this. Their only answer: "sorry". No offer to move us!

Location was the best. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, and comfortable. Unless you want to drive through throngs of people and still probably not find a parking spot, you have to valet your vehicles and pay to park there which is not cheap.

Location right next to the casino but drug dealers asking us if we want to drugs. The Wi-Fi was out for both days we were there and the staff questioned if I could figure out how to hook it up to my computer. And there more unfortunately

The location is perfect, the casino is right on side of it. The Riverwalk outlet is like five minutes away. Not to mention lots of places to eat in the area as well. Oh and the free internet as well. There was a few stains on the bedding, that was my only problem. But overall the stay was very nice.

Not safe. Neither staff nor guests wore masks. Faucet leaked. App check in and check out did not work so had to do all that in person with staff who werenât masked. Good location. Safe to walk around...
