Minha estadia no hotel no geral foi ok. É um bom hotel para ficar em uma localização conveniente perto do aeroporto e restaurantes. Quarto era muito limpo e a governanta responsável pela limpeza do meu quarto foi muito gentil e atenta às coisas que eu pedi. Meu único desejo é que os outros funcionários compartilhassem essas mesmas características. Passamos muito tempo na propriedade e fora, mas por enquanto encontramos esse homem mais velho que trabalhava lá que era tão suspeito e rude. Ele evitou a maioria dos convidados e cheirava a cigarro a ponto de permanecer.

Limitadissimo atendimento. Estrutura de atendimento precária.

My stay at the hotel was overall ok. It’s a good hotel to stay at in a convenient location close to the airport and restaurants. Room was very clean and the housekeeper in charge of cleaning my room was very kind and attentive to the things I asked for. My only wish is that the other employees there shared these same traits. We spent a lot of time on property as well as off but for the time being we encountered this older man who worked there who was just so suspicious and rude. He avoided most guests and reeked of cigarettes to the point where it lingered.

La gente muy amable y atenta pero el agua en la regadera sale con muy poca presión. Además no hay botellas de agua en la habitación, al llegar hay que pedirlas en recepción. El internet está rápido.

Ficamos aqui porque eles tinham um pacote de estacionamento e transporte gratuito para o aeroporto. Por cerca de 20$ a mais do que eu ia pagar só pelo estacionamento, passamos uma noite tranquila em um quarto lindo, e uma viagem rápida até o aeroporto. Meu carro vai ficar lá enquanto estivermos fora, e eles vêm nos buscar quando voltarmos. Realmente ótimo serviço, propriedade muito agradável. Eu faria isso novamente a qualquer momento.

Chegamos ao aeroporto tarde da noite e fomos apanhados pelo traslado do hotel prontamente. Achamos o quarto bom e limpo. A senhora da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. Tivemos check-out fácil. Além de quarto limpo e camas confortáveis, a próxima melhor coisa foi a equipe agradável. Todos foram excepcionalmente agradáveis. Agradecimentos especiais a Ernesto por sua ajuda.

We arrived at the airport late night and were picked up by hotel shuttle promptly. We found the room nice and clean. The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. We had easy checkout. Besides clean room and comfortable beds the next best thing was the pleasant staff Everyone was exceptionally nice. Special thanks to Ernesto for his help.

We stayed here because they had a parking package and free airport shuttle. For about 20$ more than I was going to pay for the parking lot alone, we had a restful night in a beautiful room, and a quick ride to the airport. My car will stay there while we are gone, and they come get us when we return. Really great service, very nice property. I would do this again anytime.

A entrada de quarto mais agradável de sempre!Viajei MUITO a trabalho e fiquei em MUITOS, MUITOS hotéis... Esta foi, sem dúvida, a estadia mais agradável de todas, por vários motivos, alguns dos quais são: 1 - a primeira coisa, foi um check-in rápido e sem esforço por um recepcionista muito educado e profissional. 2 - a segunda coisa (mas foi o que REALMENTE me pegou) foi, quando abrimos a porta do nosso quarto, tinha uma música linda tocando baixinho, de um canal especial na TV, e o quarto estava fresco, e cheirava (e olhou) MUITO limpo. 3 - Como mencionado acima, o quarto estava impecavelmente limpo. 4 - a cama era extremamente confortável, assim como os travesseiros. Me senti em casa. 5 - o hotel estava tranquilo, o que geralmente é devido à excelente equipe da recepção espaçando os hóspedes. 6 - A simpática senhora que cuidava do bar era muito simpática, jovial, educada e acolhedora.Tenho certeza de que há coisas que esqueci de mencionar, mas minha esposa e eu, assim como nossos amigos que estavam (como nós) em Orlando para um casamento, gostamos de nossa estadia. The most pleasant room entry EVER! I used to travel a LOT for work, and stayed at MANY, MANY hotels... This was, hands down, the most pleasant stay ever, for many reasons, some of which are: 1 - the first thing, was an effortless, fast check in by a very polite, professional desk clerk. 2 - the second thing (but this was what REALLY got me) was, when we opened the door to our room, there was beautiful music playing softly, from a special channel on the TV, and the room was cool, and smelled (and looked) VERY clean. 3 - As alluded to above, the room was SPOTLESSLY clean. 4 - the bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Felt just like home. 5 - the hotel was quiet, which is usually due to excellent desk staff spacing out guests. 6 - The nice lady that tended the bar was very pleasant, jovial, polite, and accommodating. I am sure there are things I have forgotten to mention, but my wife and I, as well as our friends that were (like us) in Orlando for a wedding all enjoyed our stay. I've hospedado em alguns Marriott propriedades, este está faltando a marca. Logo de cara, quando cheguei lá, fiquei na recepção enquanto 5 funcionários discutiam em grupo. Demorou muito para que alguém percebesse que eu estava ali. Assim que cheguei ao quarto, descobri que não era a cama king size que solicitei. Então comecei a olhar em volta, estava sujo. Gosma desagradável na TV, banheiro sujo e até mesmo lixo nos jardins. Este lugar é bom de longe, mas longe de ser agradável. Fique no Marriott em Lake Nona em vez disso, você não ficará desapontado. Apenas mais é a localização decente com bons restaurantes a uma curta distância.

Começando que temos que esperar 1 hora e 20 minutos e ligar 3 vezes para o hotel para o traslado nos buscar no aeroporto, já foi uma decepção. O nosso quarto era pequeno e cheira a cigarros foi outro desastre. Mas pedimos para mudar para outro, então veio Rossy, ficamos surpresos ao ver uma garota tão ativa e trabalhadora como ela, pois ela se certificou e garantiu que todas as nossas necessidades fossem atendidas no prazo e atendidas profissionalmente. Estamos muito satisfeitos com seu serviço e atenção. Vou dar um 5 pra ela 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've stayed at quite a few Marriott properties, this one is missing the mark. Right off the bat when I got there, I stood at the front desk while 5 employees had agroup discussion. It took way too long for anyone to even notice I was standing there. Once I got to the room I discovered it wasn't the king bed I requested. Then I started looking around, it was dirty. Nasty goo on the TV, dirty bathroom, and even trash around the grounds. This place is nice from a far but far from nice. Stay at Marriott in Lake Nona instead, you won't be disappointed. Only plus is decent location with nice restaurants within walking distance.

Starting that we have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes and call the hotel 3 times for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, was already a disappointment. Our room was small and smells like cigarettes was another disaster. But we request to be move to another one, then along come Rossy, we were amazed to see such an active hard working girl like her, as she made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. We're very pleased with her service and attention. I will give her a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fizemos o check-in por volta das 21h30 na sexta-feira, 18 de fevereiro, e recebemos comida no hotel às 22h. Quando acordei por volta das 2:30, notei alguns insetos em cima da nossa caixa de pizza, então verifiquei nossa caixa de donuts e eles estavam absolutamente infestados de insetos! ! Pegamos nossas coisas e descemos para o lobby! O funcionário não agiu muito surpreso, mas ainda estou tão enojado com aquele hotel! ! Saímos para o aeroporto quase uma hora antes de estarmos lá, mas eu não estava mais naquele hotel! O motorista do transporte foi incrível! Essa é a única coisa boa que posso dizer sobre este hotel! Como você pode esperar que as pessoas paguem quase US $ 200 para ficar algumas horas e percam US $ 50 em comida comprada também! Não voltarei a este hotel novamente!

We checked in around 9:30pm on Friday February 18th and got food delivered to the hotel at 10pm.. took a quick nap before our flight in the morning! When I woke up around 2:30 I noticed some bugs on top of our pizza box so I checked our donut box and they were absolutely infested with bugs!! We grabbed our stuff and got down to the lobby! The clerk didn’t act very surprised but I am still just so disgusted with that hotel!! We left for the airport almost an hr before we had to be there but I wasn’t staying in that hotel any longer! The shuttle driver was amazing! That is about the only good thing I can say about this hotel! How can you expect people to pay almost $200 to stay a couple hours and lose out on $50 worth of food purchased also! Will not be back to this hotel again!

Super clean rooms and common areas. Rooms are really nice and great location near the airport. Also has great food places near by as well as the shuttle that takes you to the airport. Would definitely stay again.
