Great Hotel, well situated and price is very convenient. Great breakfast and the food in the restaurant is nice, tasty and very well presented. Location is great, close to everything . Great pool and gym . Everything amazing however the staff in general, they make the difference. From Mr. Wilson in Don Carlos and everyone else they are all so caring and helpful that make you feel at home . I will come back next time i travel for business. Javier Conejero

In my opinion the country itself w Has structures from 80's and 90's. Nothing newer or fancy. Not a problem at all. *The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. We asked for 2 bed, surprise surprise the second bed is a total separate room with its own bathroom (interesting idea) perfectly good for a small family since your kids won't have a mane door but they will have their own space given parents privacy. Both rooms were spacious. *The bathrooms were small but still workable. *We were technically on first level but have to walk up one set of stairs. *Nice pool. *Food at restaurant was tasty with American prices and medium American menu. *They have live singer (fb Havanalight) he does covers of Spanish music. He was very good. *Staff were amazing.

Excellent service in this hotel. All staff are incredible, particularly Jasmin who cleans the room and Esperanza. We had a very small problem at the start but the reception staff upgraded our room straight away. Breakfast is included and really good quality too.

Stayed here twice. The first time was ok, despite the rooms being super small and smelly. The second time the front desk service was terrible and made me decide never to stay here again. I only needed a room for 6 hours to sleep overnight. Well, unfortunately even that was terrible. The staff were ULTRA noisy at 6am, yelling to one another as they slammed room service dishes around, and I’m pretty sure there was some construction next door. Oh and earlier that day they tried charging my travel buddy $50 to check in at 2:30pm instead of 3, claiming the ENTIRE place was full when the hotel is dead as a cemetery. My experience was similarly difficult, slow, and staff were very rude. Specifically, there was a very arrogant disrespectful front desk employee named Andre who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for me to check in. After a few minutes of his disrespect I asked to speak with a supervisor (Melisa) who was equally unhelpful and couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free and I think you should stay away from this place too

Close to the highway and accompanying smell and noise but the room was nice and I thought the service was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful staff and they all spoke English, which was great since my Spanish is terrible (getting better). The breakfast was fantastic. Airport shuttle leaves once per hour and only took about 15 minutes to get us there in the morning (rush hour traffic goes the other way). For the price, a very good value.

Horrible experience, room was smaller than what we paid for. And it was very old with bad odor. Wi-Fi did not work from the room, I had to go downstairs to get internet. Staff was not friendly at all...

Quick drive from the Airport, cosy and comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Would go again, also the free Airport Shuttle was really good and the driver very nice. Didnât have time to try the pool
