El servicio de camareros es horrible, les pides un café con leche y te traen agua caliente con café y la leche fría, lo he pedido como unas 3 veces y las 3 lo han traído mal, al final he desistido. No tienen a nadie ni en recepción ni en el restaurante que pueda entender un mínimo de español y hablando ingles aun así cuesta entenderse, hoy he bajado a pedir alguna información y no ha habido manera. El servicio de limpieza es mínimo, nada mas llegar me he quitado las bambas y cuando me he mirado el pie me he visto un matojo de pelos y pelusa enredado. La ducha con la pica rajada y la bañera con el desagüe oxidado. Gracias pero no voy a volver.

The staff is very friendly, especially the concierge and the breakfast staff. Very accommodating everyone. breakfast very good, There is an English breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, rolls, etc... The highlight, however, was the pancakes machine. The rooms are clean, very large for London, the bathroom is also clean, only the water drain didn't work properly. The hotel is right next to a train station, so of course you can hear the trains in the evenings, but that's to be expected if you book a hotel at the train station. I would definitely book the hotel again.

We stayed here for it's close proximity to Victoria Coach Station. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and the concierge are very helpful. If you need to request a taxi or food recommendations, or even luggage storage then go to them because they are great. Also, the restaurant in the hotel has really good fish and chips. Excellent location for a weekend in London. We stayed here 2 nights in August. It was super busy, but the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was great, the internet was fast. There are famous sights and restaurants nearby (walking distance) and grocery stores too. Highly recommend Excelente localização para um fim de semana em Londres. On arrival, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before being able to check in. More staff are needed on the front desk. Same problem checking out. The front desk reception staff member we dealt with on check in didn't greet us with a smile and simply logged us in, seeming to be quite distracted and unwelcoming. There was what appeared to be a trainee member of staff working with her. When the phone rang, she barked at the trainee to 'get that'! Room was fine, clean, but nothing particularly special. There was some mould in one corner of the shower cubicle, relatively minor all things considered, but which could have been remedied with a bit of scrubbing. More attention to detail needed for a hotel of this quality charging upwards of £300 per night. Breakfast good quality. Evening meal selection poor. Personally, I would not recommend the hotel, you would get better value for money elsewhere. Na chegada, tivemos que esperar 10-15 minutos antes de podermos fazer o check-in. A very well located, comfortable and modern hotel which is adjacent to Victoria Station. Don’t let the proximity to the station put you off, I was on the station side and I wasn’t disturbed by any trains. The rooms are large and well appointed, the also have a fridge which I always like. The bathrooms have a large rain head shower which help to wake you up in the morning. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds and bedding helped provide a great nights sleep. I didn’t have the breakfast or use the bar but the dining areas look like a good place to spend time. Very well located for the nearby theatres showing Wicked and Hamilton also. Um hotel muito bem localizado, confortável e moderno que fica ao lado da Estação Victoria. Não deixe que a proximidade da estação o desanime, eu estava do lado da estação e não fui incomodado por nenhum trem. Os quartos são grandes e bem decorados, também têm um frigorífico que eu sempre gosto. As casas de banho têm um grande chuveiro de efeito chuva que ajuda a acordá-lo de manhã. My new favorite Hilton Brand stay in London.Very convenient location across the street from a Victoria Station back entrance but very quiet all the same. Bell staff and frontwere very helpful with advice, ground transportation, and luggage.Best room by far for much of what I had in London in the last couple of years. Yes, the two level suite at the St James is nicer but the room at the Doubletree Victoria is very well done with a recessed work area, two windows that open to a quiet courtyard, and a very nice bathroom with overhead and hand shower. Room has a safe and fridge and working AC.Excellent value for money

Travelled for business. Stayed for one night. Upgraded to a king room and amazing breakfast. Staff is attentive and the service was beyond anything I've come to expect being someone who travels quite often. Rooms were quiet and bed was comfortable. The location is close to everything you'll need especially if you're visiting London for tourism. 100% will stay next time I'm in the city. Viajou a negócios. Ficou por uma noite. This was by far the worst experience I had from staying in a hotel. There was so many things that went wrong, and I really hope this was an exception and not the rule. First thing, I had a queen room booked, but when I came to the hotel and tried to check in, I was informed that there are no queen rooms available at the moment. They set me up in a twin room and then I was asked to vacate it the next morning and move to a queen room - they said I will get 10% discount for my troubles. Did not happen, instead they gave me an ''upgrade'' to queen deluxe, which was far from an upgrade since the room was atrocious. There was mould and damage from the water all over the washroom and part of the hallway - the pictures cannot really capture it but I tried. There was visible damage from the water to baseboards and the doorway to the washroom. Also, to room was not really clean, especially the bathroom.What kind of a 4-star hotel does not provide slippers and/or hand-soap, toilette brush? The housekeeping did not change towels at all, and at one point I even 'lost' one towel.The breakfast was very poor quality and some of the fruit was spoiled and when I told them this the staff just grunted and took it away.The third day I was notified by my bank that the hotel tried to take a certain amount of money (around £600), and it was not even the day of the checkout but my second night (out of 4). Also, since this was a business trip, the checkout was covered by a company card and not by my personal card (my personal card was only used for the deposit); so there was no reason to charge my personal card. When I approached a member of staff at the reception she had no idea what I was talking about until I showed her the almost transaction on the app on my phone. She did not apologies, she only said that it must have been a system error. The only reason why my card was not charged was that there was not enough money in the account (thankfully). So this was the silver lining to the whole fiasco.There were also a couple of incidents where the staff at the reception (and i guess the whole hotel staff) was not informed about the room switch for an instance, and had to explain the whole thing all over again even though at the check out the day before I was assured the staff in the morning will know about it. I also had to leave an item of clothing at the reception for a friend, and they managed to misplace it even though I had to write down all of our information and I was assured that my friend will be able to collect it. The item in question was retrieved, but after half an hour. During the checkout, I was asked by the staff at the reception to rate my stay from 5 to 10 - a bit odd to start from the 5, and it was really hard for me to refrain myself from answering with a 0. At that point I was not in the mood to list all of the things that went wrong, because during my stay I pointed all of this out and nothing was done.I cannot think of one positive experience during my 4-night stay at DoubleTree Hilton, and I am sure I will not come back.

A fecha de hoy 25 de julio, sigo esperando la devolución de la fianza cobrada. Me dijeron que sería inmediata y ya han pasado 8 días y sigo esperando. Me siento defraudada. Para cobrar todo al instante, para devolver todo problemas. La estancia fue bien, pero valoro con una estrella por este problema.

La ubicación es lo mejor está todo súper cerca, a 30 minutos en tren del aeropuerto , el trato súper atento por todo el personal del hotel, cambiaria un poco el bufet de desayuno porque en los 4 días que hemos estado siempre había lo mismo. Pero es un hotel súper recomendable.

Excelente hotel, cómodo y muy céntrico. El desayuno buffet está muy bien y correcto. En la noche puedes cenar en el bar, recomiendo el salmón y puedes pedir al barman italiano un bloodymary.

Me quede en este hotel por dos noches pero ha sido la peor experiencia. ME ROBARON mi bolsa adentro del restaurante a ojos de todo el mundo y no hicieron nada. La administración me dio la peor respuesta diciendo que no se hacen responsables, así que da igual que estés en el metro o en la calle o en el double tree hilton victoria. Pésima experiencia en Hilton !!! No te quédes aquí !!!

Hotel bien situado cerca de la estación Victoria (metro, tren, bus) y a unos minutos andando de Westminster, Big Ben, Hyde Park, etc. Desayuno muy completo y habitación aceptable. Como aspectos mejorables, la decoración excesivamente apagada, el precio elevado para lo que ofrece y que la calle no sea precisamente bonita.

Personal muy amable Buffet desayuno cuidado. Habitaciones amplias y cama cómoda. Lo uso por su cercanía al centro. Muy cerca de Gatwich. Puedes ir andando a Picadilly y West End por Sant James Park en un paseo de 30 minutos. A 20 minutos andando del Parlamento.

Excelente hotel de 4 estrellas. Habitación moderna, limpia con todo detalle. Ubicación inmejorable al lado de la estación de tren y metro Victoria. Cerca hay comercios, restaurantes y mercados. Al centro se tarda apenas 15 min andando.
