“The staff were very helpful and courteous! The beds weren't very comfortable and the air conditioning noise was annoying.”

“This was our first visit to England. We relied solely on the reviews of others. While it was very convenient to the tube I would have preferred it to be a little safer and cleaner area. This is a semi clean place to stay (I prefer cleaner). As compared to the staff of American four/five star hotels they were kind of rude and not very accommodating. Next time we fly to London we will try to stay closer to Buckingham Palace in the Mayfair District (newer, cleaner, seemingly safer area).”
